Looking at the table (yep, I still do that) Arse and City (and Utd) have a game in hand on us, so even though it's been a bad run and it's taken it's toll on confidence, this is a massive game in the push for a top4 finish. A draw wouldn't be terrible, be we could really be doing with a win to get right back in the mix.

Still hoping Jürgen changes things up, does something different, cause not sure how we'll break out of this cycle if he doesn't. Personally I could take a draw or even a defeat as long as could SEE that we were trying to be more creative in our approach.

A loss for Arse won't be good news for them either, with their poor enough form and the fans chasing Wenger.  Big game for both clubs, at the 'bottom of the top6' table. CMON BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!

If we can win this and find a way of beating Burnley, and no I'm not taking the piss it really is a case of finding a way to beat physical teams, then we have Citeh and the bitters who will both play open games I hope. Win all 4 and we should hopefully finally get some bloody momentum again which should lead us into what is on paper a fairly easy run in.
Its absolutely crucial we win today though, even a draw would be ok'ish but a loss would basically F**k the whole season.

      Will be a difficult game.

Might scrape a win but likely a draw.

Even if we win the satisfaction will be minimal knowing we will go on to lose against Burnley next week.

      We are depressingly predictable.

Pretty fair analysis of what this game currently represents.

      Likely line up

      NB: Team no longer available

So, as before then! Not sure what to make of that. I am really really worried about Can being in midfield. Personally, I would have Lucas in place of Can. Lucas reads the game better than Can. Neither of them pace though. I also think Milner would be better than Can.

For the 1st time *this* season I am not confident of a result. Even during our January I always thought we would win but today not sure. I am not looking forward to this one. :(

Gone for the draw, with the two sides in such poor form, but you never know, a win could be on the cards.

Just being a lemming here, mindlessly allowing myself to get excited pre-match, looking forward to watching my team play a game of football. What is wrong with  me? I need to become so much more cynical, to convince myself I don't care about this match and that this side isn't worthy of being so interested.

Maybe GoodFellas will be on the tube instead...

EDIT: OH and I just changed my tip from a draw to a win. I am SUCH a bad supporter.

Ozil out, but not sure if that's a good or bad thing tbh.

Good for you, you're entitled to be excited for the game.

Just as others are entitled to be cynical after the collapse of our season over the last three months.

      Yes on reaction.

Re the Mancs, only listening here but comms adamant Ibra should have been sent off. Doubt Mourinho will mention that....but good to see another top 6 drop points at home from a lower-table team. BTW, does Jordan Ibe get a game for Bournemouth anymore?

Surprised Ibe didn't come on 2nd half given his pace would have stretched United.

Howe must really not rate him.

To be fair if Ibe is worth £15m then i'm worth 5.

Always thought he was useless, but at least he part funded a new yacht for the owner.

I won't create the live thread so to have the same result as we had with Tottenham. Come on Reds, we can do this with the right attitude.

Absolutely, I'd say when our guys got the check for 15mill they legged it as fast as the good cause it would've felt like a crime.
