And as you can tell from the following image, they put a lot of time and effort into the commemorative club crest :D...

That is a nice bit of kit ! Like the goal keepers jersey too. Nice detail.

As for the players photo, Henderson's shirt looks a tad bit short on him though.. doesn't quite look complimentary.

This is my shirt and considering I'm not usually into kits I think it's great.  Much more like the colour of the kits I remember when I was a kid rather than what we've had in recent years.

Happy camper.  Thank god our original mad badge didn't get stuck on it.

Have to admit, I think they've done just about as good a job as they can. Interested to see if they mangle the away and 3rd kits or if they are similarly nice.

      And no shoulder nipples. Bonus!!!

I might actually have to snag one of these.

Looks embroidered too, which means it'll be the first NB kit I'll have bought for myself.

      I'm tempted as well.

Haven't bought any club merchandise for ages now.

NB & LFC both look embroidered.
      Good enough for me.
One of the things Warrior did right.
Haven't bough a NB top because they've all been stuck on.

Me too, after trying to get a squeeze from the club & a moan for discounts which was fruitless I will depart with my shekels for this top ;D

Being the tight fisted c**t that I am, what's the difference between £50 standard & £90 Elite one?.

Being the tight fisted c**t that I am, what's the difference between £50 standard & £90 Elite one?.

Standard is a "replica", guessing the difference is in the materials:

      Replica:
Embroidered 125 years Liverbird crest to mark this anniversary year

Tonal pin stripes to the front

Regular, modern fit, designed for comfort and style

          V-neck rib collar & cuffs

          Rich red colour

          Embroidered New Balance logo

Commemorative 96 emblem to the neck

      Material: 100% Polyester

      Elite:
      Key features include:

Heat-activated laser vents under the arm to increase airflow to the body, providing a cooling effect when needed

Unique cage design to provide lumbar support and reduce drag

Zonal mesh to reduce resistance while continuing to allow air to pass

          Improved stretch

          Moisture-wicking, anti-bacterial finish

          NB Dry technology

      Material: 87% Polyester / 13% Spandex

The size of the hole in your pocket.

Real question is long or short sleeve?

      Heat activated laser vents?

      F**k right off.

I thought the claim of lumbar support was a bit much as well.

      Am I dreaming?

      A proper footy kit?

With no daft fancy patterns or buttons and things?

In proper like blood-red, like we used to wear when we won stuff?

Jesus wept.  They'll be telling us we've got a massive fortune to spend on transfers next.

Nice touch to give the freebies to those 4 fans though.

      Crest looks boss as well.

I can see us winning stuff dressed like that, folks!  Let's bloody hope so.
