He'll probably strain his eyes looking at the team sheet to see if he's made the squad.

I tell you what, Coutinho looks a lot more confident , whether that's down to Neymar or playing for his country, I don't know, but he looks lively with his dribbling and flicks.

Now, that's a proper manager, Brazil. 7 wins in a row in the qualifiers for Tite. Easy

Perhaps that's the reawakening he was waiting for. Let's hope he brings that form home with him for the bitters !

Hardly a surprise. F***ing height of stupidity having an International break at this time of year. It's just asking for players to pick up injuries.

I have said this before,it is about time the clubs claimed control back from Fifa, Eufa and the various associations.I long for the days when a club could refuse to release a player for international duty.

Yeah there's a fund that Fifa pay up to 50 grand a week, apparently. Might be good for the club financially in the very short term, but the impact it has on us potentially securing a place in the top four, could be significant.

Feel for Lallana though. He'll have wanted to get that miss at Manchester City out of his system but now he's sidelined. Big psychological blow.
