Hahaha sounds about right, club drop news to sports reporter that Klopp will get biggest transfer kitty ever, then we get a transfer ban!

If we get a transfer ban then the same best apply to Man City, Chelsea and every f**ker else in the league. As if we're the only ones doing this.

Read it would only apply to the academy, hopefully that is the case or we can forget about next season already.

It would apply only to academy even if we are charged with something that every other club in the world does. Maybe a blessing in disguise as the current academy stars can get more attention and time to prove themselves.

Couldn't care less to be honest, I am fed up of signing potential anyway. I just want players that can walk into our first team. I am just glad the ban is academy only.

We spend a lot on academy players that don't materialize anyway. If we really want to sign academy players we can just get them from outside domestic football as BBC are reporting "Liverpool will be banned from signing any academy players who have been registered with a Premier League or EFL club in the previous 18 months." I can't imagine FA will be happy forcing teams to get academy players from outside PL and EFL.

It's actually a 12 month ban with the second year suspended but doesnt stop us buying youngsters from abroad.

We deserve punishment for this.

Hope this is the kind of thing the league will crack down on.

We deserve it. We need to pay for our own actions but the persons responsible need to be fired.

The amount of top PL clubs that are stock-piling kids just for the sake of it is stupid. To think our club is doing anything shady is embarrassing, and anyone who says anything like "this is modern football" you can f*ck right off because we should be above all that.

Probably the academy staff and scouting teams who spend a lot of time and energy trying to improve this Football Club!

As for the ban and punishment it seems fair to me and I only hope that the family In question were compensated in some way!
