How sh*t were Stoke in that second half.... they really are f**kin useless..
Desperate team in a desparate situation..
f**king can't stand Mark Hughes with his tosser boy tactics and his constant ale house long balls up field.
He'll be emptied out come May, and if he isn't then obviously they don't give a f**k.
Thought we took the piss second half and I'm amazed we didn't score more but what a goal from Bobby !! Top notch !

Not going to bang on about individual performances just to say that I have just poured myself a large one and I'm gonna sit back and enjoy the sh*te pundits mouthing off to everyone about how we're not good enough.

Loving the traveling Kop sound today.. put those Stoke sh*t houses smack bang in their place

      Keep winning boys...

No offense mate, and I'm not having a pop, but I really hate that saying

There's plenty of times in the last few years we've fielded the better team and played better and still lost. So I will take a little "luck" over being the better team if that's what it takes to get 3 points.

Crazy how none of the pundits and commentators today have said anything about the offside shot by Stoke during that Wijnaldum mistake. I believe the ball fell kindly to C.Adam in which it bounced off his belly or thigh to another Stoke player who happened to be offside.

Totally agree mate, their bias is barely hidden.

Charlie Adam is a the kind of player you want to punch, can't believe the w*nk played for us.
First half depressed the hell out if me, it looked like our run against sh*te teams was going to continue, but the second half shows that there is a bit of fight in this team. Maybe we do have what it takes to edge games when we need to.

      Subbed on subbed off.

Should have let United buy him.

Don't want to stick the boot in too much though because imagine playing for Liverpool and then going to Stoke.  A well worn path by many nobody men.

He pulled off some incredible stops today mate, Christ, one of them was verging on Dudek, Istanbul style(not quite, but nearly.. ;D)
      BUT...
When we change to this mid table opposition tactic that Jürgen wants us to play against the likes of Stoke, Bournemouth, Burnley etc etc he receives the ball more to his feet and all of a sudden, he's doing a  Cruyff on the centre forward and putting my heart rate up..It seems to be the norm with goal keepers nowadays across the land.

He did save our ass today and for that I've given him MOTM over the 90 odd minutes of the game.
If we do get our top 4 holy grail and the 3 points we picked up away at Stoke proves to be the deal breaker then he's done his job, just like every f**ker else in the squad...

      West Brom away up next...

      My thoughts:

      Thank F**k for our Brazilians.

Klavan has shown he isn't up to this level.

Mignolet being dropped at the start of the season has been the making of him.

      Huge win, that one.

As good as Migs was today, I still partly lay blame for their goal at his feet. It was three yards out and he should have claimed it before Walters got the chance...

i am going to have to disagree.  migs was following the run deep into the zone since clyne didnt track his player tight enough.  the pass back was quick and he relied on his defenders to ... defend.  that guy is alone by himself

migs is not at fault there.

Clyne switched to left back.... Warning !
He couldn't neutralise the attack from the touchline on the approach to the goal.
Once Shakiri is on the run Clyne is out of the game, watch the replay.
Lovren wasn't quick enough to cover.
Walters !...Free header, five yards out..
      Piece o Piss.... 1-0 !

      Could've and should've, been avoided !

      Sorry Mark.. :(

      Great result !

As usual we had some good attacking play along with the normal atrocious defending

      Mignolet made two wonderful saves

Great turnaround after a disastrous first half, with Coutinho the catalyst. Held onto he lead, job done.

      Mignolet MOTM for obvious reasons.

      Well done lads.

The tale of two halves. Thank God for Simon, Philippe and Roberto. Well done for the three point, how we hope that Sunday can do us some favour.
