Here we go again, only 3 home games left and this is another must win game against a pretty decent Palace side, they are almost safe in the Premiership, and I think they have some decent players, but even though we have so many injuries, we have more than enough quality to beat these and claim the three points.

After our last two away games were we claimed maximum points, we must keep the momentum going and put big fat sam and palace to bed  :lmao:

Looking forward to being back on the KOP for this match, can't believe we've only got 3 games left, this season has gone so quick...champions league beckons, come on boys, we can do this !!

F**k Palace. No matter how many times they sack someone, they come back with an even bigger arse-hat in charge.

      Win. Win big.

You're not kidding, their last 5 managers were all annoying pricks.

Ian Holloway, Tony Pulis, Neil Warnock, Alan Pardew & now Sam Allardyce. Imagine those being your managers since 2012.

No games are easy now . Still think that West Brom was the toughie.

You've got Benteke with a point to prove and Fat Sam who should have been banned out of the game.

They don't have anything to go for ... they are safe in the league ... but he would be happy to F**k things up a bit for us.

      We are at home.

      No excuses.

A another must win to keep the Scum off our tail .

This is all in our hands only we can screw it up.

and talking of Fat Sam and his ethics.

Old ' arry.   Got to admire him being Old School.  Gone into Brum and if he doesn't keep them up he doesn't want paying.

He was the man to have led England  .... not the arse wipe Hodgson.

Gomez trying to mark Benteke, that should be fun to watch.

Matip being out is massive, But it gives Gomez a chance to shine.

He could also change formation 3-5-2 ?

      ---------------------- Mings ---------------------
      ---------- Can - Lovren - Gomez ---------------
      - Clyne - Gini - Milner - Coutinho - Moreno -
      -------------- Firmino - Origi -----------------

Also the option of starting sturridge and dropping Firmino back.

What's the injury situation with Lucas? IF he's fit enough to play then I wouldn't mind something like the following...

      Mignolet

      Lucas Lovren Gomez

      Clyne Wijnaldum Can Moreno

      Firmino Coutinho

      Origi

Moreno over Milner purely because of the pace against Zaha on that side and also to give Milner a rest.

The injury list is a joke. I saw a stat that we are unbeaten with Lovren and Matip... we need them both in the middle

Another obviously must win game, with Benteke looking dangerous, for Palace. Defence needs another good performance, the Reds should snap up another three points.

      Why?

Benteke is not mobile or dynamic he's an aerial threat and is strong so is Joe though.

Think Lucas took a knock on the knee and played  through it most of the game.

I actually quite liked Holloway.  The other four though - swerve them!

I know a good defender that could replace  matip or klavan. He plays for Crystal Palace  right now. His name is Sakho.

Klopp said this morning that Matip not necessarily out, so hoping for the best.

If he, Lucas and Klavan are all out that is going to be an interesting team sheet from Jürgen.

Maybe I should change my Prediction League tip to a higher scoring match ... 7-5 to us you reckon?

With Lucas injured, who's going to play in the middle? Bring Coutinho back and start Sturridge firmino and Origi up top? Really go for it....

I would prefer a midfield of Can, Gini and Marko Grujic or Trent Alexander-Arnold,with the usual front three of Phil, Divock and Bobby.

And hoping Matip will be ready to go.
