Liverpool 1-2 Crystal Palace: In game and Post Match discussion
      Apr 23, 2017 03:30:56 pm
Team: Mignolet, Clyne, Matip, Lovren, Milner, Lucas, Can, Wijnaldum, Coutinho, Firmino, Origi

Subs: Karius, Gomez, Grujic, Moreno, Brewster, Woodburn, Alexander-Arnold

Jürgen Klopp has named an unchanged Liverpool team for this afternoon's Premier League clash with Crystal Palace at Anfield.

Lucas Leiva and Joel Matip have been passed fit to feature – meaning the same Reds line-up that began last week’s victory at West Bromwich Albion.

On the bench, meanwhile, Rhian Brewster is a substitute for the first time at senior level, having impressed for the U18s and U23s this season.

Daniel Sturridge misses out with a sore hip.

Wow.. Brewster must be buzzing, great encouragement for his future development but my that is one inexperienced bench.

Lallana, Henderson, Mane & Sturridge all out injured to be fair

We might aswell tell Sturridge to go on his holiday now. Would like to see Grujic make an appearance if we're winning this comfortably.

Has Wilson slept with Klopp's wife or something? What does he have to do to get on the bench!

Let's hope the first 11 get the job done eh? Would be good to see Brewster get on and use his pace.

Slim pickins on the bench - need the first XI to open a nice gap to allow some of the subs on.
Not expecting this to be easy - but sometimes the ones you expect to be tough, aren't. Hope this is one of them.
Manure winning against Burnley - need to keep the gap as is.

I feel bad for Stu but he really needs to go he's only wasting the potential salary of two fit strikers.

Good that Lucas and Matip have been passed fit.

Just hope we don't find ourselves needing to turn to that bench...

Utd 6 points behind with one game in hand, and a -3 inferior goal difference.

We not only need to win, we need to win big.
