Disgraceful result, disgraceful performance by all of Lovren, Clyne, Milner and Origi. Sorry Jürgen but leaving them on for that long was disgraceful too. We looked capable in those last 10 minutes but it was desperate, had those changes come earlier we could have actually been more composed.

As for leaving Origi on for the full match, another poor decision and that's us right on the back foot now for the top 4.

      Gutted.

Well, that's a pretty awful result in more ways than one. Benteke couldn't score for us but scores 2 against us? Fat Sam manages a win at Anfield?

At minimum Klopp got his subs wrong.

Injuries once again trying to derail our hopes. Hope Klopp has a plan to address that in the off season.

Shambolic to lose a game where you had so much possession.

      TAA > Clyne.

For f**k sake it's painfully obvious.

Mate I'm a better RB than Clyne and I'm F***ing sh*te at RB.

As far as top four goes that has just put a massive dint in that, possed no threat at all in that game, bottom line
No bottle or desire today and a woeful depth in squad & poor at defending.

Another gutless performance, another embarrassing defeat, and another showing of we need to improve our defence in the summer.

      Same old sh*t.
Yet some of you were already arguing about whether or not we should be excited about Champions League football next season.
We had to bring in Moreno, TAA, and Grujic to try to change the game. Yet some of you would be satisfied with just 5 new players for next season.

No top 4 will set us back another few years.

I don't think we have to say goodbye to top four. Win 3 of the last 4 and we'll still be in it. This was always going to be the toughest of our remaining fixtures.

Hopefully Lallana is back for the rest of these games and if so, we should be able to take care of business as long as Jürgen doesn't persist playing players that should be reserves.

Well if this encourages a summer cull of the squad then every cloud has a silver lining heh?

      F***ing hope so.

Failure to get into the CL will require  serious assessment of the players whether they should stay or go comes next season. First out of the door, slow and lightweigh players.

Was never confident about this game, been saying it for weeks... Our lack of depth and quality are really beginning to show now as much as it did in January

      Can't even be angry anymore.

Such is the stunning predictability of it all.

But you be angry about the fact Klopp and the club chose to go into the season with a squad obviously too thin and spent next to f**k all net.

You can be angry they gave us the usual January sh*te about too hard... because they chose not to sign enough in the summer.

And you can be angry because of their incompetence/being cheap/trying to be too clever for their own good we have not only failed to stay in a title race but also look likely to not get Champions League.

Which will lead to more excuses...

Someone said lallana, if he has used his bloody brain a bit more and not go 100% at full speed in a meaningless friendly game, he wouldn;t have got himself injured and cost the club big time and sitting in the stand enjoying himself. Looks like they have mistaken that the FA pays their wages instead of the club.

Mate I'm a better RB than Clyne and I'm f**king sh*te at RB.

Look at when Moreno came on and see how he made runs behind the full back... twice, that's what you want from your full back vs defensive teams, something Clyne has only done ONCE this season, what a F***ing joke.

      IN:

      Nathan Redmond
      Michael Keane
      Zaha
      Jamie Ward-Prowse

      OUT:

      Coutinho

Why fight it? Why do it to yourself?

We're finishing fifth and making no ambitious signings and wasting another season wallowing in midtable.

Are you delusional?  If a player isn't playing 100% he doesn't deserve to be a top level professional. Go on, give us some more bits of wisdom.

If ever people needed to see just how poor we are it was today.  . This kind of performance is actually the the staple for our club over the last 20 yrs.

We have had weak inconsistent players for 2 decades now . f***in awful .

Moreno is sh*t being a left back but being a winger I will give him credit for taking on defenders and harass them that most if not all the rest prefer the safe passes.
