So our 13 loanees could make a starting XI with two backup goalkeepers.

      I reckon it is:

      GK: Ward (Bogdan, Fulton)

      D: Flanagan, Wisdom, Sakho, Jones

      CM: Allan, Brannagan, Chirivella

      F: Kent, Markovic, Awoniyi

Understanding you need subs, etc. - do you think this team, staying healthy, could avoid relegation in the Premier League?

And yes, I'm bored with the current transfer and other close season discussions.

No, they could avoid it in the Champonship though  and even then with some question marks.

Like the question mate but given our current loanees and Jürgen's propensity to keep the better talent close by I don't think this team would avoid relegation.

Personally don't think this team would be in the upper half of the championship if not fighting for relegation down to League 1

Don't really follow the championship so guessing on the quality is a bit of a stab in the dark but I'd agree that our lads on loan are not the greatest bunch.

      Ward
      Sakho
      Allan
      Chiravella
      Kent
      Markovic

I'd say those lads could be top of the championship (obviously prem for Sakho) the rest drop off quite considerably imo.

      Good point.

Wouldn't bother me if we had a Liverpool B in the Championship.

Championship is decent footy, just very different from PL...more physical, brutal, personally think a guy like Markovic wouldn't last a month before he was carted off with a year long injury.

Just shows the low quality of loanees we have.

Chelsea have 30 many of whom they could call back tomorrow for their ressies or if needed their  first XI.

      Theres the difference.

Looking at the team    Flanno  is not even in contention.  Didnt crack it at Burnley.

Our loan players are just the surplus.
To the Chavs  , City and the Scum they are a talented pool of potentials plying their trade on a temporary basis somewhere else for now.

Agree that many/most of the list will be sold this summer. Ward will stay on the books, and Allan, and after that, Kent and Chirivella are probably the most likely to stay LFC players, and that not guaranteed.
