He has no shame, using a festival to promote himself what a cock.

Shame? What better way to get your message across to young people? Better than hiding away or having staged audiences like Theresa May wouldn't you say?

Actually saw that on Twitter as well as some Liverpool fan describing how dickheads attending that march abused him at Euston station for wearing a justice sticker with shouts of "96 more should of died"

Not that kind of cu*ts I'd want to associate with!!

No im not a fan of them, I don't mind concerts of actual groups I like,

Are you saying this goes on a lot and its a serious question as I've not seen a lot of media coverage in UK about others doing it?

Festivals are a wonderful experience - great way to mix and jive with different types of people, regardless of music. The actual appearance such as Corbyn did here, may not be the most regular of occurrence. But political thought/expression/ideals are ever-present at both festivals and indeed individual band/artist concerts. I remember seeing Pearl Jam play in Adelaide in '06 and they did an impromptu performance of Beds are Burning (Midnight Oil) with some political chat before performance. Music is incredibly political often, as such both festivals and concerts will often have an undertone, which is why I found your comment amusing.

I remember in the 70's even though I was off me head most of the time  :cool-smiley-027: I used to do the festivals, Led Zep, Dylan, stones, brilliant days, you could take your own drink and food, you weren't searched like you were some criminal and it was around 2.50 quid a ticket.

I wish I could have been around for those days  :action-smiley-035:

Saying that, my festival experiences in the mid '00 was that the authorities did a "token" search of our camper trailers (in which copious amounts of alcohol and other narcotics were well hidden in various compartments) and basically accepted we would be drinking and getting jiggy on substances not sold by official suppliers. The same security saw me a day later with glass bottle of lager (obviously not sold on festival grounds) gave me a shrug and went on his way :D

I think the main point of this though is that festival have always been a melting pot of progressive/liberal/snowflake thought - even if it is somewhat muddled  :cool-smiley-027:

52% of people voted for Brexit, I don't think 52% of people act like that on the bus. This has nothing at all to do with Brexit, he could have voted remain before you know. Also, that bus driver doesn't look European to me at all and could be a british Cirizen who voted Brexit himself. I am fed up of all this Brexit is racist stuff! I voted Brexit but I was on the fence, I would probably vote remain now Cameron and Osbourne are gone. I have foreign Girlfriend and my son is half European(mix or English and Irish from me) and half Asian.. I never shout on buses like that. If you ask me, the European Union forces us to shut the door on the rest of the world. Why should we have to take in for example, an unskilled Romanian that has a criminal record over a Indian Doctor with an impeccable record? This is how unfair our immigration policy has been under EU rules at times. Union offers a bit more economical stability. People need to start shutting up because Brexiteerphobia could become a real thing with brexiteerphobic people running a muc with twisted opinions on the public. Something that is new that didn't use to be is the Anti-Democratic movement.. People who lost the vote but cant shut up about it. Trump and Brexit moan moan moan moan. We could all become communists all over the world and have decisions made in a room full of fat cats as an alternative if everyone just complains about what we voted for.

Brexiteers far right etc blah blah blah, maybe people are just tired of the direction things were taking and fancied a change ?

I personally know people that would be described as lefties that voted for Brexit and I also know one or two righties who voted remain.
