Woah! I hate Pardew as much as the next person but there is no circumstance in this world that makes me want to see Chelsea win, ESPECIALLY when they are fighting us for a top 4 spot. There should be no Liverpool supporter wanting anything other than a West Brom win against those rent boys.

Chelsea will f**k up a long the way, They have Utd, then City and Spurs then Us in May. But before us and after City they have a plethora of team that are in and about the relegation zone all of them will not want to be dropping points (A lot of bus parking going on) and in amongst those game they have Spurs  So If that defeat mean Pardew and Brom go down I'll be more than Happy  ;D

West Brom will go down anyway, they can beat Chelsea as far as I am concerned. They will still be bottom.

Yep. And where was the linesman to get involved and award the penalty? Or is that just for our games?

      Get in Rafa!!!

Shelvey, Lascelles and that new keeper all played brilliantly for Newcastle there.

Not being funny or anything, that is Newcastles first win in 7 and there were lucky today, United had double the shots. I am glad United lost but it was not really down to Rafa, Newcastle were outplayed and lucky.

You have me wondering now, I known people to share names with footballers and managers, somewhere in Spain or Mexico there may well be another person named Rafa Benitez.

I'll take that today. Win for us and a loss for the mancs, keep the pressure on before we face them this time next month.

      Anyway...

Interesting to see Newcastle have got a new goalkeeper and judging by reviews of today's performance, a good one at that. That Darlow chap who kept goal for them before was probably the only other keeper in the league that made me not want to swap Simon Mignolet for!
