Some cracking shots by Chelsea, they haven’t been able to keep it down though.

Barca probably looking to nick one and defend.

Actually think the English sides will be our biggest obstacle in trying to win the Champions League so wouldn't mind Barca getting the job done here.
Chelsea look Good in attack William has hit the post twice... Barca have the lions share of possession, but looking vulnerable in midfield, and lacking the sparkle they once had there...

Liverpool vs Chelsea..?? Liverpool vs Barca..?? Give me Barca. They look very beatable

      Come on Barca!!!

I think Chelsea are more solid than us defensively. They have won the league 2 in the last 3 seasons, and you need a good defence to win the title.

I would prefer us to play Chelsea if given the choice. I'm not sure we would be able to hold out against Barcelona's movement. They are also stronger defensively for the first time in years.

I agree, I can't understand why people want Chelsea to lose so badly after how Barca acted in the Coutinho saga, tapping up, press bull****, bids before each game, telling Coutinho to fake injuries etc...  I'd like Barcelona to be knocked out the CL ASAP.

Barcelona look distinctly average....which I don't mind at all. A bunch of reprehensible cu*ts for cu*ts.

I’d like them both to lose. But the way Barca & R.Madrid play the higher than mighty card, demand other teams players, and get away with sh*t really grinds my gears.

"Barcelona should have signed Willian not Coutinho" will be probably treding on Barcelona forums now.  :lmao:

Same, if Jose was still at Chelsea it would be a different story, but I actually think that Conte dislikes Jose just as much as we do.. Chelsea never liked Barca either so when it comes to Europe. They are the lesser of the evils I think.

The only problem with wanting rival English teams to do badly is if that really happened, top four would become top 3 for CL qualification eventually.

Suarez should have been carded for diving before that. Sh*t ref. I think the dive took away defences concentration.

As much as I detest Barcelona, if they're quite willing to turn up at away grounds in that form then I'm more than happy for them to progress and come to Anfield and get ripped to F***ing shreds.

Incredibly fortunate to get out at 1-1 - Chelsea will be kicking themselves - akin to Riise heading it into his own net against the Chavs 10 years ago (TEN YEARS AGO?!)

Overall, not a great match and a pale shadow of previous ties between these two teams. Lacking in quality and intensity.

Judging on this game I believe we would find it easier to score goals against Barca than against Chelsea... But i would like to see us beat Barca, Real and Bayern on our way towards lifting the CL, Now that would be something to behold  ;D
