Spurs look excellent. Vertongan and Dembele are beasts.

Penalty miss by Higuain (after missing earlier at 2-0). Even in a match where he scores two goals, Gonzalo Higuain is still the biggest bottler/flat track bully in world football.

F**k me, what a game. I was looking forward to the midfield battle, but it has been Eriksen and Dembele dominating. Such a good game.

      Higuain the champion of bottlers.

Wouldn't say he bottled it, but after first pen, he's decided to smash it rather than place it, hence him hitting the crossbar.

1-2 first leg.  You'd take that after being 2-0 down after 9 minutes.   Juventus might rue missing that pen.

F**k the Italian league must be proper sh*te if Juve have hardly conceded any in Seria A.

Buffon showing his age with that free kick.

It is. They have a piss easy domestic season hence the reason they usually have a fair crack in Europe.

I'm convinced that's why English teams have had a harder time in this competition in recent years. But not as much now because all 5 Champions League clubs are in the top 5. The fact about 10 teams are facing relegation suggests it's an easier ride now.

Sorry but that argument holds no water whatsoever and is a lazy excuse, as for juventus they aren't the team they were but do have a lot of injuries, typical of people who watch no European football

Szczsezny had been playing really well in goal and for me shouldn't have been dropped, benatia is no barzagli or bonucci

Will Dybala and Matuidi make that much of a difference?

Juve definitely not what they once were but Spurs in fair were excellent after a nightmare start.

      Dembele was class.
