Instead of getting some kid on work experience to forge Firmino's signature why not just automatically send out another shirt with Firmino 9 on to the people on LFC's database who had it done.  What's the actual manufactured cost of a shirt to the club? A fiver?

Kids have either got the wrong number on their shirt or it's signed so they can't wear it or wash it.

Or even better why not just keep the same squad number.

I couldn't care less as even if I buy the top I never get a name and number but it's for the kids.

Very happy with this one. Think he will fit in very well into the side. Also good to know that if either him or Mane get an injury we can still have some pace in the side with the other one.

At current exchange rates, the fee is short of the club record £35m paid for Andy Carroll in 2011 but matches the sum they spent in 2016 to make Sadio Mane the most expensive African player.

Totally agree, come on LFC do the right thing here, simply replace the shirts.

I'm also very happy with this signing, our attack will be absolutely devastating next season and the bus parking shithouse tactics simply will not work against us when you have Mane AND Salah both charging at you, running into pockets.

Yeah I suppose Brexit has hit us a bit. €39M is £34.5M today and 12 months ago it would have been £30M.  Not an insignificant increase in costs.  I'd imagine it will have an impact on having to pay higher wages as well to overseas players.

Glad to have him in. Number 11 is better suited to him and Bobby as 9 too. Offering a signed shirt is much better than a new one. I've got countless Liverpool shirts and would swap them all for one signed one.
