      FULL-TIME
Progres Niederkorn 2-0 Rangers (agg 2-1)

Progres Niederkorn have knocked Rangers out of Europe! It must surely be the worst result for a Scottish club in continental competition.

Football Club Progrès Niederkorn is a football club, based in Niederkorn, in south-western Luxembourg. Best known for their strikers banging them in whilst wearing green boots.

They have never won a European game, until now.

      Oh dear!

So I did a quick google search to see who the hell Progres Niederkorn were and where they were from. Jesus Christ! You'd be forgiven for thinking the Luxembourg national football team was the ONLY football team in Luxembourg!! Embarrassing is not the word!

Nah nothing will happen, just like when Terry was caught on camera being as racist as you can probably get...there is proof of the event happening with witnesses. Don't you know it's only when there isn't a single bit of proof, no witnesses and the word of a known liar that a player will get punished.

Wish the fan went on and dropped the c**t.

Arsenal get AC Milan in the Europa League last 16.

There was a time, 15 years ago, when that would have been the most glorious of ties. Maldini, Henry, Vieira, Nesta, Shevckehnko, Costacurta, Bergkamp, Pirlo...the list goes on. Nowadays, not so due to the relative decline of both sides, AC Milan in particular. What made Istanbul all the more remarkable was just how wonderful that Milan side were so to see them where they are now is kind of sad.

      Awful mistake by Marseille.

Will probably finish 1-0 now to Atletico.

The Man Utd of La Liga.

yup, Marseille are crap. I've watched the 2nd half and Atletico are more likely to score a 3rd than those clowns their 1st. Just now they had a really good opportunity and ended up as a throw-in for Atletico....

It's actually more of a Napoli song, we've just adapted words to it same as a few other teams have.

Easy win for Atleti, all down hill for Marseille after the mistake for the first goal and Payet going off.

A very good player, his movement and touch is excellent. Would go well in Klopp's set up so can see why Barca are sniffing after him.

I wonder why Barca didn't go for Griezmann and went for Dembele instead. Griezmann's buyout clause was still 89m back then, wasn't it?

Wasn't that something to do with Atletico having a transfer ban? At the same time he was being touted as being the next big signing by the mancs in the press.

Atletico got hit with that transfer ban and Griezmann committed to staying another season, can't fault him for that to be fair, he could have just fu**ed off.

Dembele always seemed strange, seemed like a make do instead of Griezmann.

Yeah, I don't get why they went for Dembele. Huge potential, but I'm sure they could've bought a more established player for 100m ;D. Someone like Willian would have been perfect for them imo. Apparently, Roma offered them Salah!
