That pic makes me thing he surely will miss at least a couple of matches. They always teach you to lock your ankle before a challenge, maybe he did but that Bologna player just rocketed it. Tsimikas has performed well in preseason and seems to be a popular player among the squad, so hopefully he can step in and do a job, and hopefully Robbo is back to his best self soon.

Obviously because Tsimikas is a natural LB. Gws Robbo.

Even if he fit to play next Saturday I would rest him so a precaution so he will be available for the whole season.

You would expect Kostas to get the nod particularly as Milner will be needed in midfield and he has had a nice pre-season so far. But if he doesn't he will certainly be feeling despondent about his future.

The question was 'if he doesn't get a start what does that mean for his LFC career going forwards' which is a fair point i think. I think he will get the start.

Could have been much worse. And The greek playing well, so at least gets him a wee run in the team, no pressure on Andy to rush back.

This is a major. Don't get fooled. He'll be out 2 months which means he needs another 2 months to get back to 100%. Thank God we have Kostas who honestly did look as good as Robbo to me. Kostas could do to Robbo what Robbo did once to Moreno. We'll see what happens when Robbo is fit again.
