Looked sharp. Great to have another leader who is battle hardened and with the extra quality we need right now back.

Should be Liverpool captain in a season or two.

Back to his top class best yesterday.

That intense Robbo, like a few other players had been missing in action for a bit.

      Good to see them back.

Obviously his energy is a stand out and his attitude towards the opposition. But some of the passes he played to get Jota or others in behind the City defense were second to none. Kostas does have great delivery when it comes to set-peices but those behind the line balls that Robbo plays are a big part of our game going forward.

Great performance from him, unfortunately, it was on the losing side but looked like he had energy to burn down that left side.

It's a shame it didn't coincide with when Diaz was fit but it is what it is.

Gave Andy motm, never stopped going forward, certainly took the game to the opposition, look forward to see him linking up with Diaz, when he returns, to the side.

There was a point in the game yesterday when the camera panned to him and his face was awesome and angry and like you won't cross me ever !! Brilliant, love him and love his never say die attitude.

Tied Leighton Baines for most assist by a defensive player in the prem era and it's getting no love. Crazy!!!

His peak performance play isn't nearly as sexy as TAAs, but no one is as steady as this lad. Once again the leading the prem in assist (4)

      What a player

I honestly think it’s because he is so consistent, we just expect it of him, but by no means is it lost on people. Arguably my favourite player of the Klopp era, his level of consistency since he arrived is probably only matched by one other player and that’s our goal keeper.

For me he's next in line for captaincy after Hendo, Milner and Virgil.
Always gives 100%. Maybe he should be ahead of Virgil but probably not a good idea to leave someone feeling they have been demoted.

Can’t tell you how much respect I have for this guy. The ultimate professional. A guy I can safely say leaves absolutely everything on the pitch every time he plays. A shining example of hard work and determination. A Liverpool legend.

I love how balanced Robbos game is. Going forward he's outstanding. But he doesn't neglect his defensive duties. Always in position, doesn't give an inch and not much gets round the back of him. The best full back in the world in my opinion.
