Sorry but I am just not seeing it from Naby, I think we need to move him on. He's not a DM, he's not an AM and he's not particularly good at linking up the play so what the hell is the point in persisting with him. He's had plenty of games and plenty of time to acclimatise and prove himself but other than tiny little glimpses he has disappointed.

      +1

Use Keita as bait in a deal? What we need is a guy like Milner/Henderson with better football skills: tough guy that can tackle and play hard but also has finesse...wait we have him already: Ox. This is the only reason why we can be laid back with Keita and wait for the right moment to part with him or seeing the wonder of him finally flourishing.

      ahh, there we go.

The fishing party is out and about.

Last time it was, even more ridiculously, Salah.

Now they set their sights on Keita to try and stir up some sh*t.

Play and completed a full 90 minutes and scoring for Guinea as they draw Mali 2-2 in AFCON qualifying. They play their next match Sunday vs Namibia so hopefully can get another start under his belt.

Why are you so offended when people have a different opinion to your on a public forum???

Come on then tell us how amazing Keita has been for us up to now, is he everything you hoped he would be?

It’s all about minutes and fitness with Keita. He had a run last season when he started to see what he brings to the table. Unfortunately he has struggled again with injuries since then plus competition for places is extremely high in our midfield.

Remember most had written off Matip this time last year. Got himself fit for a prolonged period, played himself into form and showed he is a player. We could be saying the same about Naby in 12 months.

Big changes in midfield and the boss goes for Lallana ahead of Naby.

Hope he gets on at some point as he needs games.

Mindboggling that we payed 60 Mio. for him. But still too early to call him a bust.

Klopp had good things to say about him last night even though he didn't get on. I'm hoping we see him Saturday as Jürgen rests a few other players, but we'll see.

If he doesn't start tomorrow, after not starting the derby when all the others got a look in, will say something. With all the games and the rotation, perfect time for him to make an impact. He's on the bench, so must be fit. Agree that playing well he'd be a huge plus. Don't want to be hard on the lad, but he really hasn't made an impact since joining, after the long wait.. Yep, has had injuries, but still the return so far given how long he's been at the club is not what we'd expected imho.
Lallana and Shaq had feck all game time but still started midweek. And with Fab out, would be ideal time for him to do what he was bought to do there in the middle.
Would be great to see him get a run, he definitely has the ability, just needs to make an impact when he gets a chance - massive opportunity this month to show us what he can do...

The issue for Naby is the mid-field is crowded area even with Fabinho out right now he is pretty much bottom of the pecking order behind Ox, Lallana and even Milner who I figure this season would play less in the middle with most of his time covering TAA/Robbo. That being said he will get his chances at some point over the next couple months even if it is coming off the bench or maybe being forced to start in wide attacking area. He is just going to have to take his chances when given like other to earn more playing time.

He must be doing something wrong in training if he doesn’t start getting game time because after the first half performances of Lallana and Milner against the Bitters which left a lot to desire.

I think Naby is now getting the treatment some other Klopp signings get. He was maybe thrown in too early. We didn't see Robertson for months, we didn't see Fabinho for months, we may not see Naby on a regular basis for months more.

Fab was a slow starter but it was clear once he adapted to the pace he was going to be awesome. I think most of people thought Naby was going to take the Prem by storm so its a bit confusing to see him struggle. His injuries like Shaq have really held him back and the quality player he is will shine through

Well if anyone can get him firing then it’s Jürgen , Christ he even got Studge fit for a few games , I feel he’s had a combination of freak injuries and just pure bad luck .

Lallana, did well and without his pressing we would not have dominated as much as we did . Milner made at least two recovery tackles qualities which Keita clearly has not shown and that's why not selected
