Since he's been at the club we've played 147 matches in all competitions. Naby has appeared in 71 of them, starting 45 times. I don't know how often he was in the squad but not selected, but I doubt it was many. That means he has not been available for half of our matches since coming in. That's not "sh*te", That's just a fact.

Seemingly not up to the demands, of playing, with so many injuries etc. It is such a pity, time for him to move on.

No one will pay anything near what we'd want for him though when you look at that injury record.

Going to have to persist with him and hope he does a Gundogan to turn it around.

If that's a dig at me Robby I have never denied his injury record and it is plain to see but would ask the question why he is always injured and the fact others have also suffered here and the fact he is singled out more than others with injuries of similar nature and length

Not a dig my friend. I just think he's quickly reaching the point where the cost/benefit analysis doesn't work anymore. I'm not even saying to bin him but I can see it happening. He's just been too unreliable, and yes, I think his record is the worst re injuries. The bit about missing training last week for illness did rub me the wrong way.

Shame because we've seen some very appealing glimpses from him.

Why do you think he has been injured so often?

Not just him but others have  injuries more with us than anywhere else  The last injury Klopp basically said they brought him back to soon so our medical dept maybe not entirely faultless hence why they brought new fella in who now makes sure they have extra fitness training before team integration.  Maybe his body cannot cope but for sure he is missed as I think he is different in a way than our other options and is pressing better just want him to succeed thats all

With Hendo and Fab out, could really be doing with some pitch time from Naby.
Just get the impression, reading between some of Jurgens lines, that he's lost patience with him.
[though maybe am not good at reading between lines]
If I had to pick whether he'll stay or go - would say go - just based on bang for buck so far.
But there is time left this season to make some impact.

Said before that the other player to use as a marker is Gundogan - he suffered a lot with injuries when he first arrived

Bit different with Gundogan though he had a very serious knee injury.

Keita is just one random injury to another with barely any playing time in between.

Talented as Naby is it's starting to feel like he's just taking up a squad place.

;D, I'm more than happy to be proven wrong mate. I'm a fan of Naby lad but he's possibly our most frustrating signing ever with all that talent lying on the physio table 90% of the time.

Are we all hiding behind our sofas until Thursday in the hope of not hearing or seeing what he might have pulled in that 10 minute cameo?

We should have a poll. He’d last no more than x number of matches/minutes. Does anyone have comparable sideline stats between him and Daniel Sturridge? I wonder who’s our for longer.

Sometimes players just have a bad stretch of injuries, sometimes it's a sign they are injury-prone. Keita is clearly injury-prone. Get rid of him asap, e.g. in a trade deal like 80 Mio. $ + Keita for Haaland or 100 Mio. $ + Keita for Mbappe.

You know beyond football manager swap/trade deals very rarely happen
