How pathetic is it that Jürgen Klopp signed a CB in Ragnar Klavan but when he wants to change a central defender, he prefers to send Emre Can to right back rather than actually use the player he signed? Joke of a signing, simply indefensible.

      This. Embarrassing

I was watching the NBC stream yesterday and after the first goal Lee Dixon was quick to point out the reluctance for any of the players to take the blame. He said something along the lines of 'Look at them all staring at each other, trying to blame one another. No one taking responsibility'. They just look f**king comical even after the goal has been scored with those empty, brainless stares at each other and mild shake of the heads knowing full well the tv cameras are on them.

The team as a whole is too passive and that is something that i am not sure can be coachef

Think it's becoming obvious that Jürgen has finally realised that changes of personnel are the way forward

How can we discuss the defence when we don’t have one? Horrific.

The best defensive players in the world can be found in Italy.

I know that's just my opinion but Italian defenders are much more solid, better built, more skilfull and more disciplined than any other nation on the planet.
No idea why we are looking to a Dutch hulk as our saviour. If he does turn up in January he'll end up being another whipping boy.

Emre Can in defence? - F***ing useless, in fact useless anywhere on the pitch and right now doesn't deserve to wear the Red jersey.
Moreno - Plays an unpredictable game every time he runs out..which for this club is just not good enough
      Matip - He's not a central defender! He's a lanky midfield player, Matic's understudy.
Klavan - Reminds me of a crap Henchoz.
Lovren - Unforgivable performance yesterday, his career at this club is over, move him out in January
Clyne - No idea what the actual f**k has happened to him.. has he broken his leg or something? LFC bad back syndrome?

Getting back to the Italian thing, watch any top game in the Serie A and you'll see what I mean..

Oh and one final thing, how ironic and annoying it was to see Lucas Leiva get a standing ovation when he came off after 57 minutes in Lazio's 3-0 win over Cagliari yesterday.

Well in fairness to Djimi, he never defended as bad as Lovren did yesterday. And he'll have something none of our players will ever have - a Champions League winners medal.

4 of the back 5 are Rodgers signings. Our key weakness under BR and yet 2 years on we have only managed to replace Sakho for Matip.

      Ridiculous.

In most games we lost, we had the most shots on target. It's mostly Mignolet.

Aside from Salah, he's been our best player this season.

I reckon Coutinho and Mane have got a brilliant chance....

Er...I'll agree to disagree on that one.
As an attacking full back, he only shines when the player in front of him is playing well and Coutinho's form hasn't really helped his case plus he's had to rely on Lovren to cover him for most of this season when he has gone up the line.
Robertson is a better player in my opinion.

Yeah, he's been much better so far this season. However, it does need to be said that we're comparing him to the others in that defence so all he needs to do to stand out is just play steadily for a few games!

To be fair to him, I think that’s all we can ask him to do. He’s taken the criticism onboard, he’s not moaned to the press and he’s made a real effort to improve his game. I think some of the criticism this season is very unfair.

Wrong, it's also the strikers, for you know, not putting the ball in the F***ing net. It's also the midfield for being absolute shitbags, it's the defence for being F***ing useless. And it's Mignolet for being a bit of a sh*t keeper!

So we lost 4-1 to Spurs, but had more shots on target.. explain how that stat is all too familiar.

We hire people who aren't up to the job - that is forgivable

We keep playing the same players who aren't good enough - then we extend their contracts and pay them more money
