Win, Draw or Lose.... How we play matters and a plan of trying to outscore the opposition is not one of them.

A disciplined and controlled 4-5-1 performance with a 1-0 scoreline is better than the careless all scoring 4-3-3 counter attacking approach even if we win by 10-3. The former guarantees SUSTAINED success, the latter doesn't.

Klopp did say in his pre match conf that he would be needing fresh minds and fresh bodies. He was also suggesting that Robertson is training at a high level and that it's becoming increasingly difficult to keep him out.

Made up to see Robertson back in the side, the lad didn't deserve to be dropped in the first place were as a few players were more deserving of that than him ,good to see coutinho back in the squad too, we will need his wizardry to get through these bus parkers I think & fancy him to bag one today.

I really think Hendo was dropped. Given the way he performed against Burnley last year and his performance mid week, a 90 minite performance of passing back to our defenders would have suited Burnley just fine (like last year) and to be honest I think the Anfield crowd would go f**king spare. I know they were showing. Signs of exasperation on Wednesday noght woth regards to Hendo's performance.

First LFC home match I miss since September 2016. Back in Brazil at the moment. So depressing to watch it on tv again!

I'd get excited that we're finally phasing Henderson out of the starting lineup, but it's probably just him needing "rest."

      I wish

Henderson always passes back to defenders to side-passes. No change there in his performance. Sadly he has just been 'rested'.

If they scored there's no way he stops play or calls it back.

Sturridge has had a few chances now to show his striking instincts and he's been caught on heels to be honest. Sure people will say "he needs games" but in this role with us he needs to be sharp on the off.

Overall we've done well and Matip there again showing his pure class, nearly produced the goods.
