      They're all free transfers.
If we were taking a punt, Rabiot is the type of player that would best suit what LFC needs.

Would quite happily see LFC throw their entire summer budget behind getting Caicedo and Mac Allister from Brighton.

Got a budget of 150 Million?
      Sign two players.
      Not one.

But we also need a cb, rb and rw in my opinion.

Salah has no competition and neither does Trent

I've posted this in the "Malfunctioning Midfield" thread for a reason.
It's not a suggestion that this is the only business that needs to be done in the Summer.

It's alright, I just didn't want to go off on a tangent off topic.

People seem to think just Naby and Ox going do not rule out a couple more departing raising more funds there will be two minimum coming possibly 3

We won’t get anything for players who are free agents.

Only decent funds I would imagine would be for Phillips (think his contract may be up soon as well) and Curtis, club have really shot them selves in the foot holding onto players worth zilch.

Nobody thinks just Naby and Ox are leaving. Problem is there are at least 4 leaving for free

Who are the 4 or more midfielders leaving for free ?

Sorry you mean 4 or more from various positions . Yes that is true I was mainly referring to the point that do not rule out midfielders who I mentioned.  If Milner leaves then maybe not but if the issues comes down to money needed then Jones or Fab could.be considered

Do see 4 midfielders potentially leaving in the summer

      Ox , Keita and Arthur

      Milner could leave

But the others I think will be staying

The others to leave on a free will be Bobby and Adrian

      How I see it;

Out’s ; Adrian, Gomez, Matip, Ox, Naby, Arthur, Bobby,

Stay of execution; Thiago, Hendo, Fabinho, Milner*

Last chance Saloon ; Jota Curtis

      * Milner, could give us one last hurrah, but could also meld into the coaching team, I think he’ll keep going even if it’s off the bench, his experience cannot be bought, so for players like him we have to make exceptions.

In’s .  Bellingham, ….Maddison potentially, Mount click bait, Gravenberch possibly, Nunes Wolves maybe,

Tyler Morton back from Loan, Bacjetic to continue improving,  James Ward Prouse worth considering.

We can all speculate and name names but that’s all it is …speculation…..

Jürgen will have his own shopping list I’m sure , but right now it remains a guessing game for us all !!

The one name on the list I believe won’t be going anywhere is Gomez , still young , signed a new contract last summer, fills two roles

Matip -certainly can see him going back to Germany

      The rest will certainly leave

Some real fantasy budgets here considering the net spend has been 25m a year for the last 13 years under FSG.

If we sign two midfielders one will no doubt have to be a bargain buy like a free or a loan. Especially considering the urgent need for a centre back too.

Your right Gomez is youngish and  the rest of the team have been sh*t , on times so can’t actually hold that against him , but turning your back like he has been and costing im us goals I think is unforgivable, too much of a liability now , which is a shame because pre injury he had all the attributes to be one of the best .

Money will be there to bring in a good number of players

There will be some around the £20mil mark

And also maybe a player on a free transfer

CB - depends if one leaves

Good news for rival fans if you’re keeping Gomez.

Not really - the guy has the ability to be the best English CB , he needs to get his confidence back

You know I never go in full dialogue with you because coz you never stop.  ;D I will say though he will never have the ability to be the best CB. Currently not even in the frame. I’d sell him fast if he was put in the class you think he’s capable of and put the money to better use.
