Need something like this here in the UK so the younger generation have a hope of owning they're own house rather than foreign millionaires.
Although with the Tories in power no bloody chance.

'Neo-Nazi' accused of terror plot to kill MP Rosie Cooper

An alleged neo-Nazi has appeared in court accused of plotting to murder Labour MP Rosie Cooper with a machete.

The 22-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is charged with intending to commit acts of terrorism, and threats to kill a policewoman.

Christopher Lythgoe, 31, is charged with encouraging him to commit murder.

They are among six men who appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court, all of whom are accused of belonging to the banned far-right group National Action.

Lawyers for all six men indicated that they would plead not guilty.

      The accused men are:

Christopher Lythgoe, 31, of Warrington, Cheshire
      A 22-year-old man, of Lancashire
Garron Helm, 24, of Seaforth, Merseyside
Matthew Hankinson, 23, of Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside
      Andrew Clarke, 33, of Warrington
      Michael Trubini, 35, of Warrington

They were remanded in custody until a pre-trial hearing takes place at the Old Bailey on 3 November.

The charges follow a number of raids across England and Wales by counter-terrorism officers as part of a national investigation into National Action.

National Action became the first far-right group to be banned in the UK, in December 2016.

It means that being a member of or inviting support for the organisation is a criminal offence carrying a sentence of up to 10 years' imprisonment.

Not a news story per se but an American crying out for help with Brit satire!  :)

I love this guy's work, but some of the references are way over my head. Case in point: Third frame on the right of this one https://www.theguardian.com/football/ng-interactive/2017/oct/31/david-squires-on-the-halloween-football-special-2017

I know Willie Carson was a jockey and Bill Beaumont a rugby player, and that the draw was done off camera, but can someone tie it together to explain why this is funny? Sorry for being thick.

Little focus? It’s a scandal that’s spreading more and more and is top news on both sides of the Atlantic.

Or do you think things like the Rotherham scandal should go unreported for fear of upsetting people?

Honestly Shabs, it’s not always a conspiracy you know.

Well known that the tories try to keep it all quiet and use it against their own MP's when they need them to vote in Parliament etc

A few things stand out from that list that aren't surprising (creepy perve c**t Michael Fabricant being a creepy perve c**t just one of them).

But let's pick out Murdoch stooge John Whittingdale who once said this when asked during a newspaper interview who he most admired in the media.

"Rupert Murdoch has transformed the media in Britain not once but twice. If it wasn't for him we would still have grubby newspapers run by trade unions that strike at the drop of a hat. And he launched satellite TV. Also Kelvin MacKenzie - because he is courageous, funny and very often right."

So an all round deplorable c**t of a human being he is.

      Here's the list in full:

Had seen Liz Truss was on there, but didn't know current Home Sec Amber Rudd was.

Apart from Holier than thou Maybot is there any Tory that isn't a sex pest?

Getting sexually harrassed seems to be a rite of passage for any political researcher.
