Hardly unlucky when you have no idea where your crease is. He had time and a day to sneak his foot back, instead just froze in position.

He did push his toe back fractionally but because you aussies can't paint a sraight line he was out😄

Here comes Broad to shut his eyes and swing. This wont last much longer.

To be fair our batsman should be here for a good time not a long time with 10 overs to a new ball. Once that comes they will be skittled so worth trying to get 40 runs quickly from these 10 imo.

Ahh game over. Dumb shot from Bairstow what did he think was going to happen with a 3rd man back there? First game over.

Watchig on my phone but has Broad just been given out for hitting the ground?

      Lights out all out!

England have got to show some character with the tail because its not good enough.

Not sure why we're not ducking and i'm nt sure why the umpires are allowing 4 head high bouncers an over either to be fair. There are laws about that.

Third umpire is chris gaffney. Dean gaffney could do a better job

Snicko and hot spot both showed it feathered the bat. You win some, you lose some. Would have gone the same way if it was an Aussie.

Or in the case of Broad, karma is a bi*ch ya sh*t c**t 8)

Ali I'd argue was slightly unlucky there may have been a toe in there and benefit of the doubt maybe should've gone with the batsmen. Broad was gone all day long.

England seemed to have jacked it in after jimmy and broad with the new ball, root making Alistair cook look like mike brearley. Go back to the cummins/smith partnership when he took the big 2 off after half a dozen overs with the new ball, game seemed to change momentum

Looked fairly even this test for the first three days but I don't know what's happened to Alistair Cook.  Certainly looks like his best days are behind him now.

You can't get 9 from two innings as an opening batsmen.  England probably needed another 50 in their first innings and another 100 in their second innings.  Also not helped that Moeen Ali isn't 100% fit.

Shame that Ben Stokes punched that fella wasn't it!

1-0, almost, to the Aussies.  Ah well.

Don't like the attitude towards the end of play, a meek acceptance.  Not enough runs and back up to broad and jimmy.

Anyone know what Johnny Bairstow has done then?

Still in the match up until half-way through our second innings, all downhill from there.

      Good win for the Aussies.

England need to improve for the day/nighter in Adelaide.

Was drinking at the same place as cameron bancroft and apparently heads came together,  nobody complained at the time and nothing was said by anyone.  England director of cricket Andrew strauss has said it has been completely blown out of all proportion and wss just messing around.  As for the match no way that run chase should have been that easy

Ah right cheers mate, just seen that ECB statement thing on the BT coverage, so wasn't sure what it was about.

Yeah agree Aussie run chase far too easy, but at same time, think we gave a few wickets away too easy during that second innings.
