If two of City, United and Chelsea underperform.

If we see a fluke summer where despite not spending like an elite club all our signings hit the ground running.

If these owners can go a summer without selling our best player.

If all of our squad suddenly go up a level due to the momentum of a title challenge.

If all of that happens, we have an outside chance.

Or, if FSG sell and we get owners who actually like winning.
