AFC Bournemouth 0-4 Liverpool: In game and Post Match discussion
      Dec 17, 2017 03:35:55 pm
The frantic festive fixture schedule continues today, with the Reds on the south coast to take on Bournemouth in the Premier League.

      Line-up:

      Red's training:

      Vitality:

      Team comparison:

      Klopp's pre-match presser:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=daYPiaJYHH0

Liverpool: Mignolet, Gomez, Lovren, Klavan, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Coutinho, Salah, Firmino.

Subs: Karius, Milner, Mane, Lallana, Ings, Solanke, Alexander-Arnold.

Bournemouth: Begovic,  Aké, Daniels, Francis, Smith, Pugh, Surman, Lewis Cook, Jordon Ibe, Jermain Defoe, Joshua King

Subs: Afobe, Stanislas, Fraser, Cook, Gosling, Arter, Boruc

So, what do we know about the likely line-ups today? A fair bit, actually.

Simon Mignolet will return in goal for Liverpool, while Adam Lallana could be included in the Reds squad against a team for whom he played four games on loan once upon a time.

Daniel Sturridge, Joe Gomez, Andy Robertson and James Milner required checks on knocks ahead of kick-off, while Alberto Moreno, Joel Matip and Nathaniel Clyne remain unavailable.

Plenty of pace in there, wipe them out first half, snoooze the second half...can't happen again so: 1-4

      Mane rested for Arsenal.

Said it all season team should be good enough to best these.
      But we will see.

Ox should be acclimatised by now so we hopefully should see a telling contribution. Wasn't a target for many LFC fans and I have doubts about his first touch but he's getting chances now so good luck to him

The notion of this team 'wiping them out' early on is a bit hopeful given our tendency to f**k it all up in the second half. See Bournemouth last year or Sevilla a few weeks back.

Migs and Lovren starting... yawn... yes I've grown restless.
I'd target them heavily if I were Bournemouth. Coyr

Would expect us to be under some pressure at times today, so fingers crossed no brainfarts from Migs or Lovren.
Not surprised to see AOC get a chance ahead of Mane, chance for him to make a mark with Sadio out of form.
Hendo back, so that's an improvement on Can.
Being away might suit us after couple of disappointing results at home.
      CMON BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!

It will be a Christmas miracle if neither F**k up.

It will be a Christmas miracle if neither f**k up.

Even world class players are not perfect let alone both who are heavily error prone. They will definitely F**k up. Just how intense and often their errors will be. World class players will be less intense and less often that's all.

Lovrens usually alright if hes busy tbh. It's if he has nothing to do for an hour then has to switch on for a minute where he becomes a liability.

Anyway, I think we need to win this one, been two pretty poor results the last two but a win here should get us back in top 4 contention.

      Yayyy!!!

Can't see these parking a bus by the way, should be a good fun game.

I want this team hammered and left for dead due to the sickness and heartache I felt last time when we gave up a 3-1 lead with 15 mins left.
