Thats £130K a week off the books, any body noticed how keen FSG are to unload expensive players off the books if they are not starting regularly.
They did it with Kuyt, Maxi, Bellamy and were very keen to get rid of Reina.

FSG are a lot of things...but this one is the manager, doubt they are worried about Daniel's wages if he could help us secure CL.

I agree Jürgen wanted rid mate but HSc is correct that FSG don't like high wage earners lurking about doing F**k all and getting paid for it.

It’s not as vital as it was 10 years ago money wise, the recent tv deals dwarf the CL money from when they brought us

All CL does for them is raise expectation and increase outgoings

Aye the TV deals here now means revenue from CL is not as important.

For FSG coming 4-6 makes no difference financially apart from they might have to consider extra investement for qualifying
