      Salah and Bobby different class!

Actually thought Chamberlain changed the pace and made a big impact in the last twenty minutes too.

But Mignolet is one of the top 20 goalkeepers in the world...

That has nothing to do with Karius being a weak goalkeeper that is not ready. But yes, Mig is a top20 goalie. It's just insane to think that a national goalkeeper for a football nation like Belgium isn't a top player.

I checked replay, definitely no 26 going down early instead of staying on his feet. Roberson should have been covering the angle and forcing a shot from wide.

I would like to see him from the beginning. Ox has become a starter in my opinion.

Any win against Leicester is good and it showed we can stick it out and grind out a result. Got to make sure we don't get bogged down in draws...8 so far and that's what is holding us up. Improve the defense and the draws turn into wins. Van Dijk should help but Klopp has to decide on the Keeper.

As it stands now I'm going to go for Mig...yes he's nicked a draw when it looked like we'll win it a few times, but Karius is to fragile. His confidence is brittle, at least Mig has been battered from pillar to post and can just about take the knocks and still function...

It's not ideal, Klopp has let the situation drift and this uncertainty is the outcome.

Pretty sure it was Can. You've got me questioning myself now though.

      No, it was Can...I think...hmm.

I think Riba might be right on Robertson sliding in, but the play was started with a poor pass. Not at all Robertson's fault for me.

Oh, thought it was Can. But, like I said at the time, f**k up by Matip there!

Been disappointed with Matip this season. I'd say based on recent form, I'd go with Klavan as partner for VVD.

If Robertson stays on his feet, he can get between the pass. Once he's on the floor it's an easy goal. Matips pass was bad yea. Roberston should be doing much better after that though.

Robertson should never have been in the position he was put in to begin with by Matip. Blame lays with Matip on the majority but I take back my part about Can doing some attempt of a slide and change that to Robbo

Alex was very unlucky not to start today. He needs a run to get his confidence up and really get used to playing with Salah,Bob and Cou. Mane did well in the second half but playing the Fab 4 leaves us a bit short in midfield.

Yea I guess looking at it again Matip was worse than I saw before. I'm hoping Karius gets Burnley as well. He didn't get a chance to prove himself good or bad today.

Robbo actually could have done better for the goal. He mistimed a tackle that took him out of the game, otherwise he might have been able to block the pass to Vardy. I'm not saying it was his fault but a more experienced full back would have stayed on Mahrez. He later saved our bacon in that Okazaki challenge.

I’m a pessimist and I think Leicester will score again as we push for the equaliser. We’ll then get it to 1-2 and won’t be able to finish it off.

      I hope I’m f**king wrong

      Huh?

Matip played a shocking pass, Can made some sort of slide attempt to get the ball and Lovren was playing them onside. I can't think too much what Robertson done wrong with the goal to be honest, unless that's just me?
      You are correct.

Maybe he says that because Robbo couldn't get back to cover Mahrez after the giveaway, but he can't be in two places at once. The goal is down to Matip and, for me, especially Can. Yes, Joel played the pass that turned it over, but Can has to be moving into that space, it's basic breakout play, then he has to stay on his feet and goalside of the the Leicester player. Emre can be SO THICK in his head. He's a physical talent but his decision-making and too often his work rate, are not good enough for being a top midfielder.

Doesn't matter we won and played better. I'm not bothered if we blame Can, Robertson or Matip. As long as people aren't blaming Karius.

Matip played the ball. Emre didn't move in time and then tried to slide tackle, unsuccessfully. The ball was played to the right for Mahrez. Robertson tried to track back and intercept with a slide, but was never going to get to that ball, no fault of his, he was well upfield when Matip and Can gave it away. Then Mahrez plays to the penalty spot for Vardy, who scores despite Matip trying to tackle back.

I don’t see how that was Roberson’s error on their first goal, yeah he probably should have stayed with Mahrez but seems that even Lovren should have done more there, can’t blame him for that, it was all Matip and Can for me.
