Can't find a still image online.. but pause this at the moment when Adrian reaches the ball. Clearly under his control before Foden knocks his arm with his leg causing Adrian to lose possession of the ball.

"held by trapping the ball between one hand and any surface (e.g. the ground, a goalpost, the goalkeeper's body)..."

      https://twitter.com/thetoad101/status/1553436607461691394?s=20&t=UrLPiyLCQ3oToM7pueaqdA

Whilst I agree that it was under his control, or at least IMO it was. Adrian was far too slow to react after initially making the save. One of his biggest issues when he gets beaten is that he dives for the ball when it is already going past him, his reactions aren't quick enough. But it doesn't matter, as it goes I think it worked out better this way, I don't think we'd have ended up sticking the ball past Ederson 3 times if they hadn't scored, the game likely would've played out at 1-0, in the end it was a far better victory.

Agree, Adrian certainly made a mess of it - same as the Haaland chance at the end.

Talking about the optimistic eye equipment you refer to when discussing LFC, we certainly don't need any enhanced visual tackle to view our teams amazing form, unlike yourselves who have nothing positive to contemplate.

another poor weekend for VAR missing penalties and Red Cards . What is the point it either is better than having Refs make decisions or it isn't and at the moment it is neither one thing or another crap get rid

When we see a blatant pulling of a hair why isn’t it a foul followed by a card?

Yeah I don't understand it at all. In the Forrest vs West Ham game a goal was called back on West Ham because VAR judged Antonio foul (well NFL tackled) the Forrest defender in the build up to the goal.

the silence coming from the VAR and the FA mob is deafening isnt it. If they cant see with their own eyes what happens 5 yards in front of them what is the point. We have lots of excellent foreign players in the league why cant we have foreign Refs ?
