Something about winning when you don't play well that's just a sign of a great team. Well in lads.

I've spent weeks believing this c**t Hodgson would do us over because that's what neanderthals like him do. The sort of national humiliation who finds pithy redemption against us. Not today Hodge Podge.

Two weeks of waiting with dread of facing these Palace tw*ts and their rejects who seem to only pull out the performance of the season agains is.

So excuse me if I celebrate this one as if it was a win against the Mancs! Massive win!

Robbo and Salah - don't make me choose one or the other.

Three points earned the hard way but zero brains in this team with a minute left to play and they are still playing balls up when it's easier to hold onto the ball.

      FFS.

Yup. Surely we should have enough quality to retain possession for a few minutes. It was pure panicking play at the end.

F**k, that was difficult to watch.

Praise the Lord for retinal tampons.

Project Owl gets fu**ed. God i hate that c**t.

Well done lads, shocking performance, stunning result.

So sorry for Lallana, can't see him playing for us again if this injury is serious.

Robertson and Firmino best performers for me.

Robbo edges it for the pass to Salah for the goal, that was some serious composure.

Good win, but to be absolutely honest, our right back position is worrying. I don't fancy TAA facing up Sane against City at all. Not sure how fit Clyne is but defensively he's gotta be better than TAA right?

In a game where the performance wasn't there from the team it's very good result for us. I thought after Benteke fluffed those 2 chances that he was going to get at least another one to spoil our day but thank F**k it wasn't to be. Voted for Robertson MOTM, didn't put a foot wrong again and that cross for mighty Mo,s goal. Can't believe we only paid £8 million for this lad, he's so important for us now..well in lad and we'll done to the lads for seeing it out.

My MOTM is Andy for consistently bombing forward. Not forgetting covering his duties at the back. One of the rare constant threats upfront.

Turns out that the Lovren sub was just fine when we got that lead. But what does Jürgen know?!

Anyhow - we got out of Jurassic Park in tact...just!

We were sh*te which makes winning against Hidgosaurus even sweeter.

Robertson and Salah can hold up there heads.

Trent a complete liability and in fact positionally got worse as the game went on, the odd decent cross doesn't compensate for his deficiencies.

WOW. What a match.  What is most impressive about where this club is at right now is not the points, not Salah...we won a match that in the previous 5 seasons we would of lost. Palace were a bogey team for us. Instead of collapsing at half, they regrouped and outran the Palace defense. I thought TAA was fantastic. He made some great crosses, played as a winger, outran Zaha, played back and was all over the pitch. Great win. Hopefully, United lose and we can try and seal 2nd.

Massive win. Sit back now knowing we have done our job.

Andy Robertson. What did he cost? What a player!

Mo Salah. Different gravy. We signed both for pennies in the grand scheme of things!
