So can we please stop making up excuses to be afraid? Respect them, as always, but f**k me, Liverpool fans fearing Roma need to give their heads a wobble. F**k them.

Perotti and Strootman apparently unlikely for next week
Strootman didn’t looked up to much but Perotti was a handful when he come on

Ged standing up is my new favourite thing.

His facial expressions are similar to when Gary Mac scored that free-kick in the Derby at Goodison.

Haven't been on since the Roma game, but what a game it was. How Jürgen gets the lads performing like that on massive nights, it's brilliant management.

The quality of play, and the entertainment in ties, in the CL just seems to get better and better. World Cup my ass, this is where the very best football is played - and now we're at the sharp end, a game away from the final :)

Not just that, but we've played probably the best football of any side in the competition.  We wiped the floor with Roma on the night, and only for the brain fart from Lovren, we'd likely be home an hosed. We still have a good lead, but don't think anyone will be taking a trip to the final for granted. Maybe that's not a bad thing, they will try to bully us on the night, we just need to be prepared, and Jürgen is the man for that job.

Obviously the number of injuries in the middle is a big concern, not sure what we do if Hendo/Milner/Gini pick up an injury now. Still, as long as we have Mo up front doing his thing, maybe it's not such a problem - Salah has been THAT good. Ballon d'O r standard - if we win the CL and he is still scoring, no reason why he shouldn't pick up World player of the year. How unbelievable would that be!!!!!! :)

Great times to be a Liverpool fan. Great manager. A game away from the CL final. Talented players. Playing brilliant football. Enjoy it while it lasts...  and fingers crossed, some silverware...
