These should be shown to our players every day till the final. Yes they are from a Spanish Journalist (Diego Torres)...but the implication is that he has ties to the club and these comments are coming from the club:

“Liverpool probably is not even among the top 10 teams in Europe.

“It doesn’t have a good goalkeeper. It doesn’t have a good defence. It only has one international-class defender – Virgil van Dijk.

“Its full-backs are very limited. Maybe they’re strong, fast; they’re able to do OK in the English Premier League, but none of them signed for Chelsea or Manchester City or Manchester United because they don’t have the level to play for those teams.

“Liverpool’s midfield has players who are also forceful, disciplined, self-sacrificing. They know their profession. They are tradesmen. Footballers like Jordan Henderson and James Milner are footballers that lack creativity.

“There are other British teams with better midfielders. Liverpool doesn’t have a player like [Paul] Pogba, nor [Ilkay] Gundogan, nor [Kevin] De Bruyne nor [David] Silva, nor Dele Alli in the centre of their midfield. Liverpool is missing footballers in this part of the pitch with ingenuity.”

I would also sneak in some random sh*t saying how all Firmino does is runs around, Salah is Juan Cuadrado, and TAA and Lovren side will be targeted the most because they are the weak link!

If Can's fit, I'd have him on the bench at least.

Yes mate i agree, i didn't realise how close Emre was  to actually playing, albeit from the bench, so yeah if he could give us 20/25 mins thats a massive boost,

Even if it were to be his last game for us we're better with than without.

I agree completely he is going we know that but we need him on the bench if possible due to lightness on the bench

Madrid should be confident. We dont have a CL medal between our whole squad and they have I guess about 30/40 between them?

We can turn these over though if the cards fall correctly.

      Lest We Forget :

Remember the excursion into the CL in 2014 ?

Played 6 and won 1 v Ludogrets. F.F.S.   Dark days those were indeed.

Now we are living the dream ... all in Klopp's Red Submarine.

Wonder who will become the Hero of Kiev. In Istanbul we had so many heroes and that save by Dudek still looks impossible.
I want young Trent or Andy to get the winning goal that would just make the night perfect.

We need to beat them over 90 mins it's no great surprise they really struggled against Spurs high pressing and we implement that style better than Spurs.
Milner to run his heart out, closing down and harassing for 70 mins and then Lallana for the last 20.
Hendo and Gini can easily run full pelt for the 90 mins.

Hopefully the Kunts are this arrogant.

Their arrogant president said we're a piece of cake, then make sure the lads ram that cake down his throat. Spurs has shown us the way to do it and we'll do it better than Spurs. Let's make sure we spoil their party. target Modric he's the weak link in the middle. Highly likely they'll play Wimbledon style.

I think Torres read this board prior to writing the article, because that is what we hear said here so often.....

as for our midfield, i don't necessarily disagree with the description. Without Coutinho there's little flair, it's a "lunch pail and hard hat" type of midfield, who will outwork you but not outclass you. It's very much a Klopp midfield where the whole is much greater than the sum of its parts.

when we have had 11 men on the pitch no team has given us a hiding quite the opposite.
I think its our ability to blitz team's for 20 or 30 mins and score lots of goals means if Real think they have already won this they are in for a shock.
Also I am absolutely confident that the Stadium will be full of Liverpool supporters and try as the may UEFA are no match for a ticket hungry scouser
