      He's class.

Pity Keita didn't settle in as quickly but I expect they will be a starting midfield pair in the next couple of seasons.

Yeah I’m gutted too - he wasn’t great on Saturday when I felt that was his chance to shine. But I’m sure he’ll get there.

I'd like to see Keita played more centrally at least until he finds his feet

I think with a Fabinho-Henderson midfield we are seeing more balance than when we had Gini and Henderson playing together.

Without doubt, but he has shown it works just as well, if not better with Wijnaldum, and I have no doubt he would work well with Keita or Milner in the 2. Fabinho for me should be a 100% starter in a double pivot setup.

Still prefer the Wijnaldum and Fabinho combination, mainly because Wijnaldum is more tactically aware and more of a footballer.

Anyway, I actually think Fabinho with Wijnaldum/Hendo is very much like an Alonso & Masch combination.

Shame he wasn't 100% fit to start, made a difference when he came on. Our team is more fluid and attacking with him in the middle. 100% starter vs defensive/lesser teams.

I wondered if there was a reason he didn't start tonight. Definitely a starter for me.

Fab really got it together. It took quite some time, but I think he's now as good as Milner, Hendo or Gini and still has potential to be even better.

He’s been better than all of them since he’s settled in. Playing different positions and slotting in seamlessly. Biggest threat going forward from the lot of them too.

If Fabinho had been fit enough for the entire game yesterday I'm pretty sure we'd have won and won comfortably.

I fully understand why he didn’t start. But coming back from a muscle injury, playing 90mins in the snow could easily have resulted in a set back.

Absolutely and it's clear he could only play half hour or so. We'll see him back in the starting lineup come Monday night I'm sure.

Getting away with a poor one for me last night. Presumably because he’s the Hendo antidote for many.

Was wasteful and slow in possession I felt.

Not ready for the more defensive role in his own yet for me. Much better with Hendo / Gini alongside.

Smashing player and a vital part of squad now but defo not his finest hour in red so far......

Klopp needs to go back to 4-3-3 quickly with Fab-Gini/Hendi-Keita in midfield.

Drop Bobby for a couple of games and play either Shaq, Lallana, or Origi up top with Mane and Salah.

No doubt his positioning will improve, but the way west ham players just coasted past him while he was on the wrong foot wasn't good.
I counted 3 times, but it may have been more (haven't watched the game again yet)

This goes back to my point weeks ago about why he has a "minder".

He'll get there, but he needs someone next to him at the moment.

We badly missed Henderson last night.
He gives us more control in the middle, and allows Gini/Fabinho a bit more time and space.

Looks like he could develop into a rolls Royce DM and dominate the league for years. Starting to remind me of Patrick Viera a lot.

For me, he reminds me of Lucas, he is pretty much what Lucas should have been without the injures. Once he really settles and hit his peak, I think he could reach world class levels! He was my MOTM today.

After what I thought was poor game very West Ham he did bounce back well yesterday. Won the tackles when needed and his passing was spot on, especially switching the play to either Milner/Robbo. Hoping for team sake Lovren will be back so we don't have to resort to playing Fabinho in CB for the 1st leg of the UCL
