Wish I saw more of Ziyech this past season for Ajax. He looks a decent player but surrounded by some pretty average players which maybe makes him look a bit worse than he is.

Amrabat and Zieych for Morroco look very tidy footballers.

Looked decent as have most of the Moroccan players to be fair, shooting has been a bit wayward.

I meant Harry Maguire  ;D, seriously though him and Van Dijk would be as our American cousins say "Awesome".

Thinking this last night. Morrocco seem  to play like us and Atletico. A couple of cheap pickups would be excellent business.

Looks a bit of a c**t though and strikes me as about as loyal as a hooker 😏

If Mooy had a motor, he’d play at a higher level than Huddersfield.

Big fan of Matt Leckie, too. Always our biggest threat.

Me too but he’s had some injury problems over the years. Quality player on the ball.

He’s fantastic. Looks so comfortable on the big stage.

      Yeah, never in doubt

No where near a Liverpool legend though..  can't say I feel much fondness for him personally

Simply one of the best players I've seen in the flesh with a football at his feet.

But then again most of the players I see as legends are before 1990!!

Me too mate, think we're the same age.

There's quite a few boxes that need to be ticked for me to be classed as a legend and Suarez no matter how good just doesn't for me

I get why people think like that tbh a few performances into his career and was already inevitable he wouldn't be here that long once Real or Barca came sniffing, I just prefer to appreciate the footballer he was and the drive he had to win.

It's not the Barca thing for me it's more the arsenal summer and the fact he never won anything

Quality though but like i say just don't have that fond a memory of him personally

13-14 was unbelievable and had we won it he'd have gone down in history

This is my 9th world cup to watch. Honestly I think the overall skill level of players has dropped. An awful lot of workhorses involved in teams.

Standard of goal keeping certainly dropped. Players are fitter no doubt but technically inferior

I like Rebić. He's strong lad with pace and can cover front three positions.
