Even before that he completely fails to cut out the ball in his area. He had two chances to stop that from being a penalty and he just didn't bother.

Yeah - you can see this referee is out of his depth. After seeing a couple of refereeing displays by US officials in the World Cup, I'm not getting a good impression of American refereeing. Really poor.

On this showing I would sell Origi and Markovic asap.
