Empahsis on the 'pattern'. A repeated sequence of 1 goal + 1 mistake = okay with me.  ;)

      No I understand you.  :)

Just adding that hasn't been his pattern in....ever.

This team is certainly doing well at building hopes up for the season.

Preseason or not that was an impressive display, particularly happy to finally see a good goalkeeper between the sticks, a few wobbly moments but his distribution was superb.

Missed absolutely everything because I was at a wedding.

Remember seeing a notification that Sturridge made it 4 nil and that we went 5 up.

      F***ing love all that.

      Red as f**k.

Edit - it was a staunch Blue's wedding so I had no hope even if I did find a sneaky TV.

Double edit - what the F**k am I waffling on about?

Most has been said but these 2 impressed me.

Fabinho is bloody quick at pressing and will nick quite a few balls in dangerous areas.

Shaqiri worked very hard and will be a danger and could even press for a starting place.

Got to say, we are looking well set for the season.

We saw last year with City, the importance of a good start, it was never in doubt after the first few months in hindsight.

      Exciting season ahead!!

This year with so many players only just being back from post World Cup holidays I think a fast start is going to be key. Of the others in the mix Pep Maureen and Poch have already been complaining about the number of players not available to them.

I can see all 3 of them struggling initially, makes it even more important for us to get off to a flyer.

the internet has allowed these wierdo's who never leave the security of their bedroom to inflict us all with this crap and its everywhere these days they need locking up.
One more pre season game to go before W.Ham its looking really good so far, better than good really. Midfield is going to be really hard to get into and if you don't perform you'll be out. Having Shaqiri and Daniel to come on and grab a goal from the bench is a real plus too and at last we have a Goalie who doesn't look like he is about to have a nervous breakdown when the ball comes anywhere near him.

With Jose in meltdown mode, Arsenal and Chelsea under new management, I can only see City stopping us. If we can keep the lads fit, we're going to win the league.

Have to admit, I was much skeptical of him (much like Ox last year), but it's looking like a good bit of business so far. We'll see how things go if there comes a time he's not getting regular game time (other than substitute showings).

We are building some depth, just wish we added a couple more (CB and 10).

I think Saquiri could play as #10, I certainly can't really see why not.

Shaq going to be a key player for us this season, love how he keeps the game flowing with his first passes, don’t seem to dwell on the ball much, just gets it out and spreads the play.. our forwards are going to love his supply ...

      Key to bus parking teams..
