If you have that amount to give to charity, good for you.

If Migs or Karius or San Miguel, or even Bogdan made the amount of errors that he has made this season they would rightly, be ripped to shreds, and they were. His inexplicable mistakes against City this season turned a battle for the title into a battle for the top four. They still hurt. Other players have been torn apart here for less, so if they should be held responsible for why our season has ended up the way it has, he will be as well.

Team game, whole team were to blame for City game.

Piss and moan as much as you want, on his F***ing day Big Ali is still head and shoulders a better keeper than Kelleher.

He has more credit in the bank than any of those others

He also, unlike you it seems, has some bollocks

His day has been few and far between this season. We've conceded the most amount of goals and points of any team in the league in the last 15 minutes by some distance. The score of the City game was 1-1 with 20 minutes to go. There's only one man who should be held responsible for why we didn't get at least that result out of it.

We've won 1 of the last 10 home games, he played 9 of them. If we're going to blame Bobby for not scoring enough goals, or write off Thiago after another clumsy challenge, then we should hold Alisson accountable for why the ball keeps going past him every week.

Alisson has definitely been one (of many) problems this season. That game agaisnt City, he might as well walked the ball into the goal himself. Inexcusable.

Then the game after he has another F**k up against Leicester and there are definitely others where he hasn't performed at an appropriate level of someone his skill level. Real's 3rd goal another example with the limp wrists.

Far below his best and needs to figure it out next season. 2020-2021 Alisson is not good enough.

For some reason some players get shredded for their performance but others are shielded from it and hear the "we lost together" crap.

But be honest first soft arse - you have an agenda. You want Kelleher to be number one, that's why you have this weird thing about slagging Big Ali!!

But be honest - you have this weird thing about slagging Big Ali!!

If an outfield player loses form and throws games away every week, then he gets dropped. And if it persists, he gets sold. It doesn't matter if he scored against Everton a couple of years ago or not. If he's not good enough anymore, then he's not good enough and he has to be moved on. We stuck with Migs too long, we stuck with Karius too long, and we know how that worked out. A couple of miskick clearances from San Miguel and the "get rid" demands from here and elsewhere was instant. But at least he had an excuse, he was only a last minute freebie, signed to play early rounds in the cup and keep the bench warm.

Yeah he's still capable of making great saves, but the goals keep going in and by now it's just a question of when the next error is going to happen, and how costly is it going to be? He's saved 1 penalty in 3 full seasons. That is not slagging him, that's a fact. Migs saved more spot kicks than that in just one season, and we know what people thought of him.

We paid out a world record fee so he would keep clean sheets. He's kept one in his last five games, the home quarter final. That's not good enough to make the top 4, let alone win trophies. If he can't step it up again, then we need to look at alternative options before his next error costs us dearly.

And neither of them won us the European Cup and League, so your F***ing point is what exactly. Migs and Karius aren't in the same league as Big Ali!!

He had a bad period of form (whilst dealing with a great family tragedy) but to me he's been back to a high level the last few games again.

Real second leg, Leeds and Newcastle - he was superb in all of them IMO and we probably would have lost all three if it wasn't for him.

My man of the match tonight,  had an assured performance, made some important saves and apart from one error he was extremely good, well played Ally.

6 saves he made, scary that we gave them that many chances but TF he was back there.

One thing tho, stop that F***ing sh*t Ali where u lose concentration for a couple of minutes. That kickout could have cost us big time, it didn't this time but takes u back to that City game and u just think, no NOT AFUCKINGEN!!!

Had a decent game on the whole, apart from the f**k up he made, although he obviously recovered. Made one or two very good saves denying Southampton. It seems this is what we have to accept from Alisson, especially this season, certainly not for the faint hearted by any means

I think we will have to judge him better, when the full defence appears next season.

How long are you going to "accept" it? He's not judged on the saves he makes. For someone who cost the amount he did, you expect him to make a few saves. It's how often his errors are, how many clean sheets he keeps, and how much confidence we have in him, that make the judgement.

You can talk about the saves he made all you want, but if that latest error was punished again, that's another 2 points down the Mersey, and as sure as eggs are eggs, it's going to happen again. It's not good enough for who we are and what we want to win, just as it wasn't for those in goal before him.
