Hopefully not. We need to put out our best team.

Jones deserved to play against Plymouth but shouldn't be in the squad against Everton

Jones has been better of late coming off the bench (like we saw at Bournemouth), when he's started (Utd and Spurs away in cup) he's been atrocious.

Jones is a decent squad player, nothing more imo. If anything happens to dom mac or grav, elliott and jones are a huge downgrade in these eyes.

I've said it before, Jones and Dom too much alike in what they want to do when they are on the pitch...so for me, Curtis is who you bring on for Dom or who you use to spell Dom if he's not starting. Curtis is still just too inconsistent for me and dawdles on the ball too much.

Jones has my full respect after tonight. F**k Doucoure and kudos to how Jones reacted. We need to let his actions spur us on and take this result personally.

Disagree. You've got to keep your head and not get sucked into their shithousery. We need our players available.

Maybe after the FA cup he felt he needed to prove his passion for the club. But ironically he's just ruled himself out again for however long it is. 3 matches is it? Violent conduct?

That's the beauty of this, is we can agree to disagree. I understand your logic, and maybe you aren't wrong. But I love his passion and of it inspired me from across the pond, maybe it does the lads in the locker room some good too

      I'm with you.

You have to see this once a while just to confirm modern players aren't robots.

Not even bothered about him picking up the yellow after the final whistle, the first yellow however.....completely F***ing stupid. Think it was his first involvement in the game too.

Very difficult to remain composed in the moment though. A yard dog trying to provoke our fans, I don't mind what Curtis did at all. Beats Melo smiling and responding to Pep's handshake in one of the most pathetic reactions from a "Liverpool" (hardly count him as one) player.

      Second yellow, 1 match.

I didn't even understand why he came on. Was frustrated it wasn't Endo.

Then Curtis with his first involvement gets a yellow card. Always a card especilly when you have just come on.

      Silly.

Why would Endo come on instead of him ?

Jones did more for us after the game than during it.

The slow mo replay shows that he hardly did anything wrong with Doucore. He pushed him in the back. Is that what you get a second Yellow for?

Docoure then swings a punch with Jones dragged down and he responds to grab Doucore shirt and it carries on.

FA will obviously launch an investigation to fine the club and dish out punishments but I hope we make a clear statement about this.

Do you mean apart from helping set up the second goal

The game change with him and Trent coming on and he actually provided some control to the midfield that we were lacking
