You guys had hell of a Christmas with results in December. Can't argue the way your playing, looking really promising for the title.

Spurs come crashing back down to earth. Well in Wolves!

Wolves battered them second half Spurs looked knackered

I can’t believe Spurs lost to Wolves they were looking so good. Don’t see them now as a threat they’re too fragile and their legs are going to give up at some point this season.
Over to you Southampton, I know you don’t really want to but go on, do us a favour

Much like when they played first time then. Goes to show how good our result was against Wolves, they’ve really upped their game when it comes to the bigger teams this season, they just seem to struggle in the games you’d expect them to win. Like Leicester - beat Chavs and City but lose to Cardiff.

I fancy Southampton to give City a very good game this afternoon, they have a resilience about them since Sparkie was sacked..

      1-1.

I just cant see City getting anything but a win today unless they are in some sort of crisis . Of Course we hope for a Soton win but after SPurs defeat yesterday we can't be that lucky we aren't UTD.
Palace and Chelsea could be interesting though

Yes you did argue, telling us the league was over at the beginning of the month, because City were "a level above" us. We're miles clear of them atm.

Even if we drop the ball next week, we're still well ahead of them, with a nice looking schedule after it for the next 6 weeks.

watching Chelsea now and sorry they are not even close to us when we move we move as a team everyone involved even Alisson has assists but with Chelsea its almost a case of give it to Hazard and no plan B.
It will be hard to not get over excited about Thursday but listen to Jürgen we have a lot of games to play in the NewYear .

I don't see Arsenal or Chelsea as a threat, Spurs I think will run out of steam, so its us or Citeh and I expect Citeh to get a big win today and then the match on Thursday will be very very interesting, may well end up a bore draw as neither team wants to lose.

Happy to see Chelsea are winning today.

Can't be doing with Man Utd closing the gap on 4th. Chelsea are no threat to us right now.

It will be interesting to see how City approach this. Do they look to blow Southampton away, take the 3 points and look to build on that. Or do they keep one eye on us, try to get the result in the most efficient way, knowing the risk of not killing them off and risking losing 3 in a row.

What they do here will have a big effect on what happens on Thursday. Anything less than a convincing win and they’ll need to come out attacking against us, which has never ended well for Pep. Put these to bed and they could set up similarly to how they did at Anfield, happy with a draw, delighted to nick it by one.

I hope they do, City are under pressure to reign in our lead, you can hear in the voices of commentators constantly saying it’s City’s title to loose..

We’ve tighten the screw on them..

There was a period that felt like forever where they were playing first and we had to step up every week and keep pace. Once we got a few weeks of setting the pace the mistakes creeped in. You know they can feel the pressure now. One goal for Southampton even if City were up by 2 would show some nerves.
