It will be interesting to see how City approach this. Do they look to blow Southampton away, take the 3 points and look to build on that. Or do they keep one eye on us, try to get the result in the most efficient way, knowing the risk of not killing them off and risking losing 3 in a row.
What they do here will have a big effect on what happens on Thursday. Anything less than a convincing win and they’ll need to come out attacking against us, which has never ended well for Pep.
