Arsenal haven’t kept a clean sheet away from home this season have they?
Don’t get why they signed Denis Suarez, never plays.

Hell of a strike by Mesina from distance, a rocket towards the top corner but smacked off the bar. Deserved a goal with that strike.

Watford well on top and they’ve only got 10 men.

Only arsenal can have more players on the pitch but look like they have less

Hopefully Arsenal get top 4 because you just know they will still be no threat so long as they have Emery.

Be alright if Chavs got the other spot ahead of Spurs because they’ve got a transfer ban so can’t even improve their team on a return to the competition so will probably be no threat either.

Spurs and United getting top 4 could be a problem because they will be able to attract decent players. Hopefully they both beat City though.

Not sure if Cardiff beating Brighton is in our favor or not. Cardiff could have extra motivation next week when we play them, but on the other hand, City are visiting Brighton last week of the league and if everything goes to the wire...

They would have fought anyway but this way Brighton might still be in a fighting mood when they face Citeh last game of the season. As for Cardiff, if we can't beat them then we don't deserve anything, but there's no room for complacency, it could be a bananaskin game.

Mad the way when there was, say ten games or so left, there were games that I thought would be the worrying ones and ones, like these last ones, that would be none worrying games so to speak. I am now absolutely petrified of every one of these sides we've got to play.

Brighton losing at home in a relegation battle is unforgivable, not even getting on the scoresheet too. Ridiculous

      Quote from Ribapuru
We must beat Chelsea or we can't win the league I'm afraid.

Well we did beat Chelsea, so (despite your announcement that it was a one horse race because City got an offside goal against Watford) I suppose we're still in it.

We already got a favour from Palace this season, and Leicester. Asking for two favours from teams in the same season is a big ask.

Everyone expected the league to be decided by now, as it was 12 months ago. Even if we ultimately fall short by a point, we should be delighted with our first home win against the mancs in 5 years, our first home win against Chelsea in 7 years, our 5 wins and 4 other good results in top 6 games, and also proud of VVD, our disciplined, organised, waterproof defence, our keeper picking up the golden glove in his first season in England, incredible levels of consistency, closing the famous "25 point gap" that everyone said couldn't be done, and taking the title race as far as possible. Before we talk about Europe.

With or without silverware, there are so many positives to take from the season, and that's what we should focus on, not spitting blood because a bit part, injury prone player, voluntarily exchanged the chance of a title challenge for mid table mediocrity.

Find myself looking forward and can’t wait for the City vs Spurs game at the weekend, confident Spurs can get something...then I find myself almost dreading the game because incase City win.

I honestly think City will win this match comfortably KK. No prisoners after their beating in mid week. Not seen betting yet but might have s dabble  ;D

Do you really think City will have shaken off the disappointment of getting knocked out in that way with a high then a crushing low, I think if they are not affected by that then they are not normal.
Its not like your lot who were expected to lose against Barca.

I think Spurs will win tomorrow and win quite convincingly because I think Citeh will come out with a chip on their shoulder and play angry, leading to red cards.

Well I agree with your last paragraph but no red cards as such, just all guns blazing after their disappointing defeat. Think it will be 2-0 or 3-1. Not forgetting Spurs have couple of significant injuries to cope with.

We'll see, I actually might put some money on Spurs, just have a feeling about this match, a hunch that there could be some controversy and an upset.

Edit - Bet placed on draw and win for Spurs, very nice odds 11-1 for a Spurs win, 6-1 for a draw. Yes please, especially in football where anything can happen.

Ok so you are absolutely certain that no other team can take points off them. I think all their remaining games could be tricky, Spurs, Man Utd away, Burnley away, Leicester and Brighton away final game of season with them possibly desperate to avoid relegation. There is still a hell of lot that can happen but I actually think they will drop points tomorrow against Spurs.
