I agree and said so at the time, but I think on reflection Clyne must have been agitating for a move and acting a c**t, otherwise it made no sense at all. Having said that every team has a dip at some point, Citeh in December and us in January, they more or less cancelled each other out.

Clyne was 4th choice RB and when he got fit finally wanted to play regular football

The Mancs are in total disarray. Not a F***ing chance they will get anything off City, fear that game will be over in the first 10 minutes.

I felt like that earlier, but I think they might snap into action again, they certainly won't be tired after today's performance.

The only hope is they got so badly humiliated today that they show some kind of balls against City

Excellent result means Utd are still in the race for Top 4.

Hopefully they are not dog sh*t again on Wednesday.

Maybe but do teams not get more money the higher up the league they get? If they play how they did today against Citeh then I fancy them to at least get a draw.

Wow the level of quality from Arsenal, Chelsea and United is actually shocking given the money they’ve all spent.

Snide as F**k they are but they always like to have a go against teams especially the top sides and I’m hoping they don’t change that habit against city.

I don't like that CT guy much, I've got him on ignore and I agree it's been a great season for us. The only thing is I'll never understand how we got rid of Clyne during a defensive crisis and stuck Henderson as a right back and acted surprised to drop points. This is self inflicted so he does have a point.
      Does he?!

      The 4 matches we drew were 1-1, 1-1, 0-0 & 0-0.  We scored & conceded 2 in 4 matches.

It wasn't the defence that failed to win those matches, it was CLEARLY the lack of goals scored!!!

yes but the lack of goals scored was because we had to sit much deeper defensively and didn't have the same quality outlet on the flank or crosses the forwards were used to. fairly obvious really.

But we were playing Milner at RB for half of them games skamp  listed, of course our forwards are used to his delivery! We also had Robbo playing. There was no less creativity in the team than any other point of the season. We didn’t take our chances, simple as that - just look at Origi, fantastic chance to score the winner in the dying seconds vs West Ham and he fu**ed it. Leicester as well, an absolute stone wall penalty not given. We snatch the win in them games and suddenly the apparent lack of creativity in them games is no longer mentioned. Just suits the narrative that’s all.
Clutching at straws to find excuses when the simple fact is, we’ve been formidable in the league this season, but so have City and seeing as they are currently the only team to have beaten us so it’s no wonder they look like snatching the league by a point as it stands.

      That’s completely false

We didn’t “sit” feel and didn’t lose out on quality on delivery - if anything Milner goes higher than TAA when he is at right back

We dropped points due to missing chances - it happens and it was our drop in form which every team has

If there's a weakness in RB, who covers? The midfield or centre back? If it's the DM the central mid have to sit deeper. If it's the  centre back, it distorts our whole defense. Like I said before, it creates a ripple.
