Played a big part in us getting a top4 place last season, hope he gets a move if it playing more regularly is what he wants. Got a taste for it last season and proved to himself he can do it.

      Phillips seals loan switch

Nat Phillips has completed his loan move to Bournemouth, with Liverpool receiving £1.5million for the deal.

The Reds defender has been keen to make a move away from Anfield in search of regular first-team football this month having played just three times this season.

Bournemouth made a deadline day offer to take the 24-year-old centre-back to the Vitality Stadium for the remainder of the campaign, which the Reds were happy to agree to.

Liverpool will earn an initial loan sum of £1.5m with a further £250,000 should the third-place Cherries achieve promotion to the Premier League this term.

Glad he'll finally get some game time although I would have thought a Prem club might have taken him -- perhaps though PL clubs couldn't guarantee playing time. If he plays well and Bournemouth get promoted they can have him for £30m and we'll throw in Rhys for £20m  ;D

It’s that cruel. Last game Wembley and no more next game as your career may end with an injury. That’s life.

I think newcastle have missed a trick, he would've been great for them.

There are some players that deserve every respect, praise & credit that comes their way & Nat is one of those… conducted himself impeccably given the circumstances….

      Anyway no harm… 👍🏼
