Oh my god, Pellegrini got it so completely wrong... he chose pretty much the worst possible way to stop our attacking trio - with a defensive trio trying to play a high line and leave our players offside... sure, it seemed to work on a couple of occasions, but there was no way on earth it would work for the whole match. Look at our 2nd goal, their entire backline goes up hoping to leave our players offside, and Mané is all alone with nowhere even near him to score. Haha. Brilliant. If they keep it up like that, we could easily score 4 or 5. Superb first game so far. Naby Keita looks great, as does Sadio Mané - such a brilliant player.

How can James Milner keep on improving he does get better with age .

I wasn't a fan to begin with but his attitude is just incredible and I honestly believe his touch has improved these past few years. I think many thought he wouldn't feature much this season but who is going to replace him?.

We look so much better in midfield than last season. Everything seems to go quicker and crisper.
