Saturday can not come quick enough for me, The international break/breaks should be held post season and the EPL should have no breaks to it

Imagine Henderson suddenly turns into a Gerrard type player and ploughs one of these into the back of the net at Wembley

If they'd offer me a draw I'd take it right now.

Says it all about you though doesn’t it. We’ve won 4/4 and they are on the back of a defeat to Watford, yet you are looking for a draw before its even started. Go into every game looking for wins, not draws.

Thank you...never seen such a group of pansies as people on this forum in a match thread against a "decent" team.

We are going to hustle them. 3-0.

Salah scores 2, Keita scores the third.

While i agree with this statement, our start to the season has been pretty damn easy as far as opposition goes and Spurs are a top-4 team. If the game ended in a draw i think most would be happy, no?

If it ends in a draw then ask me this question then, because if we play like we did against Leicester then you could say it would be good to have managed a draw given the performance but if we tw*t them all game and it ends in a draw then it wouldn’t be a good point, it would be 2 dropped. But there’s no way I will say I’m happy to take a draw before the game, not a chance. Lloris is a doubt, Kane isn’t firing, Alli is a doubt, Eriksen is playing off par and they are on the back of a defeat. There’s more pressure on them going into this game given they lost to Watford. Odds are in our favour IMO.

13/14 season where Hendo was my MOTM and we won, 3-0 or 4-1? (can't remember!).

Edit: Oh, it was when Balotelli made his debut for us and we won 3-0.

Will Lloris even play after his court case?

Vorm may be competent, but he's not in the same league.

Our strike force is a bit better, but I am going for 2-2, with Kane diving for a penalty and referee being the villain. I have faith in our players, but do I have faith in the officials? Heck no!

Its a really tough one to call, as its an early kick off, first game after international break plus game at Wembley, all 3 of which tend to affect our team negatively but for some reason I feel we are going to click into gear in this game and hammer them, no logic behind that just a gut feeling.
I know we always sucked early kick off, especially after international break... but we were measuring ourselves against teams like Southampton or Stoke etc... I am glad it is a tough one, because dropping points against top sides like Spurs is a bit easier to stomach than if it were Spurs before then Leicester after the break. Other good teams get international fatigue as well, so it is a good time to play a top side.

Time of kick off shouldn't matter in the slightest if we have any intention of winning things KO times shouldn't even come into the equation

Kane is not above diving, same goes for the overrrated Deli the Diver. One to watch is Eriksen, good player, playmaker/attacking midfield. So we have to choke off any supply lines to Kane. Keep it very tight at the back. Kane is a predator striker not to dissimilar to Roger Hunt. Give him nothing to feed off.

Probably not the game to start Fabrinho. I'd go with Keita,Hendo and Milner in midfield. Shaqiri played well for Switzerland against England so he is on form and could come on and do well. Good solid defence, build on it and take our chances.

      0-1.

Fabinho, Keita and Gini for me but doubt it will happen so I imagine it will be Keita, Milner and one of Hendo/Gini.

Most difficult game of the season, to my mind. I would settle for a point, in probably a score draw.

Definitely most difficult so far. Going to the Etihad will be our toughest. A draw would be brilliant but a win would be sensational and I fancy us. Salah to come alive Saturday!

If the team clicks into gear better than Spurs, who lets remember have also all been away on international duty, then I fancy us to win. I also think the Loris drink driving disgrace might also affect the team a bit, that sort of thing is never good.

Agreed, I see this as the toughest prem fixture for us (plus Chelsea away).
