      Ryder Cup 2018
      Sep 26, 2018 11:08:51 am
We seem to have a quite a few members from other countries so who you guys going for the Ryder Cup?? I'm English through and through so Believe in Blue for me.  ;D

Don't think we can win though. The Americans look solid this year. Tiger back on form isn't going to help either. This is arguably the best team competition in the world for me.

      Who you going for??

Since I live in Canada I always went for the USA, Ryder Cup is one of the few sporting events I look forward to though being in France means tee off tomorrow start at 3am so I will have to DVR it.

Morning fourballs are set and couple tasty match up.

      Rose/Rahm v Koepka/Finau
      McIlroy/Olsen v Johnson/Fowler
      Casey/Hatton v Spieth/Thomas
      Molinari/Fleetwood v Woods/Reed

Said it was first time since 89 that Europe swept a fourballs session. I was really impressed with Fleetwood who was draining putts all day. Americans were truly awful in the afternoon, they will need a big response tomorrow.

Very surprised but delighted. Still not convinced we can win but will cheer till the end.

McIlroy sinking that par putt to give Garcia the freedom to nail the birdie for the match. Team golf at its best!

The US fans get just a bit too patriotic shall we say.
This has been a great three days some of the shots under pressure have been mindblowing.

Always look forward to the Ryder Cup - but you kinda need it to be close to rack up the tension, and again when off home soil, the US were a bunch of surrender monkeys. Just don't have that bond the European's seem to.

Tiger is one dour git, but reckon if he manages to win another Major, which isn't so unlikely after winning the Tour Chmpship, has to be one of the most unbelievable comebacks in the history of anything - and he's already probably the best golfer ever...
