3 wins in 9 games the changes have to happen soon because this team isn't working

Being undefeated in the PL is clouding Klopps better judgment I think. I’ve felt for a while now that what I’m watching from this team is garbage and things need to come to a head now

I was referring to the fact that we are unbeaten in the Prem!

And that is papering a lot of cracks

Ah, the game that has proven Klopp's naivety and foolish decision making beyond doubt. He was poor in his decisions in the last game, and utterly stupid today.

No-one in their right mind would have subbed Sturridge at half time today. Firmino has been poor the whole season, but gets to play regardless. Meanwhile Danny misses one difficult chance, and he's dumped. It's ridiculous. It's stupidity. What does Firmino do with his own half of football? Nothing better. Just proving the naivety of the substitution.

Gomez for Arnold? That was a game changer. Fine, we went with 3 at the back at times, but nothing happened from it. Robertson was still mostly at the back.

Then Origi?  ;D I had forgotten we had him. What was he going to do?

It was clear as day that the problems were the flow of the ball from midfield. Get some changes in there. Get some urgency in the team and see what happens. Instead, we had poor changes in personnel, and no change in the quality of football.

For those here laughably criticising Sturridge for that one chance, Mane and Salah wasted far more, bigger opportunities, and Firmino was MIA. There you go.

People will no doubt pick out those players who fit their agendas, the simple fact is the whole team and klopp were to blame for this. End of story

Can't see how Klopp is to blame for this one. He knew it was a vital game and put in a very strong team.
      the players let him down.

Hubris shown in the team selection, lack of intent from most of the lads on the field. Terrible really not much else to say.  :f_doh:

They're not up for it today. The fight back seems weak. The desire is lacking. More than the result, it's the players' attitude. The fire's gone.

The joy of playing together as a team has gone. Mane and Salah are in it for themselves, especially Mane they need their heads knocking.

So any hint of a treat towards a player, or harsh treatment to don't take that play, Yes...? So it's a go thing that we are playing Napoli at home next in the CL, just think of the treatment Allison would get if we had to play in Italy..? We would not be able to take him it being Political... How pathetic, not you H'core, rather the reason... In that case should not UEFA have made the game be played on neutral ground...?

      Why not?

Already beaten Paris and at home we have been sensational.

I'd be surprised if we didn't.

Whoever wins later on in the other game will go through with us.

Play like that in Paris theyll murder us. And even on form its no shoe in besting Napoli at home. We can try and spin ghis but that result tonight has fu**ed us up big time

I’ve seen under Klopp absolutely hopeless a BIG rethink in our approach is needed

Klopp won't introduce a new philosophy. He's a gegenpressing man and his team will never look as smoothly and aesthetically decent as Pep's. But that's fine. All he needs is ONE f*cking guy in the midfield who can go vertical. We have Shaq right there, Keita is coming around and Ox is waiting. I hope this game makes him think of plugging Shaq into the midfield.

Honestly, think jk was forced leaving Shaq at home. For Shaq's own safety. With his background and the celebration in the world cup. The political climate is still pretty tense in those areas.

      Absolutely.

It isn't the harsh treatment from the fans but the players safety which was at risk. Right decision by whomever who took it.

What in the actual F**k was that?

I get you have "these" type of matches. But F**k me, can't even create one goal against a low tier team?

And just WTF was that 2nd goal?

This is just a new F***ing low for this team.  So much for "hungry for Victory" speeches by this lot.

Buckle the F**k up or we'll get fu**ed in the league soon.

Why is it when we are poor it's everyone like a poison throughout the whole side. Lost our Mojo and not sure some are buying into the change of style . To be honest how we have played as a whole all season we have done well To get where we have as this defeat has been coming and more will follow if we don't buck up
