      Pre-Match: Liverpool V Everton (02/12/18 - 16:15)
      Nov 29, 2018 10:40:11 am

A soft penalty and a strange team selection from Jürgen last season resulted in a draw in a game that saw Mo Salah score what would turn out to be the Puskas Goal of the Season.

Everton are a better side now imo with a manager who likes to play football. I don't think they are suited to sitting in and that should suit us. I expect an attacking line up and our strong league stat to continue. 3-1 Reds!!!  :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6:

      NB: Team no longer available

Start with Danny, bring on Bobby.

Everton have looked a lot better in the last month.  Think they'll get a European spot this season.  Not the walkovers they used to be but still - we're a much better side than they are.

We need to start playing a midfield of Fabinho, Keita and Shaq to provide better defense and more importantly more link up with the forwards, enough of this bollocks of playing Hendo and Milner in every bloody game, they are by any definition our worst midfielders yet they are picked every game, I'm sick of it and it must be very demoralising for the other lads.

i agree, also Fabinho will be gone in the summer of he's continued to be benched.. he didn't put Henderson though.

My narrative is use or lose. I feel awful for Fabinho, he's not done anything to deserve being frozen out. He needs a fair chance.

Or does anybody actually think that Henderson is a better player and if so please explain in what way?

That is my first XI. I wanted that against PSG. That would demolish Everton.

I don't think Klopp will start both, Keita and Fabinho tbh. It will most likely be Milner, Wijnaldum and Keita/Fabinho, or Wijnaldum , Fabinho/Keita and Shaqiri.

If he's been frozen out, what about Keita, poor f**ker hasn't been seen since Napoli away.

Feel this is a must win game, with a much improved performance, required as Everton will bound to try and up their game. Although should be too strong at Anfield, for our rivals going for 2  0 for the Reds.

Yeah like that team a lot, would offer a lot of creativity in midfield but Klopp is not a fan, doesn't trust his new signings.

I'd take either one of those as a compromise.

Agree with PG that there will be no more than 2 changes. Jürgen will start setting up rotation for the Napoli match and we have three league matches prior to that where we should win with any lineup. So rotation over these three matches will point to the team he plans to select for Napoli.

We need to start playing a midfield of Fabinho, Keita and Shaq

Fabinho - watched him closely in the Fulham game - rock bottom opposition and doubt very much he currently deserves to be one of the first names on the team sheet.  Shaqiri at home against teams outside the top six I do not have a problem with - hence why I put him in the side.  And Keita gets the nod through the simple fact that Wijnaldum looks like he's had too many games in his legs recently - domestic and international.
