You say 'we're close but we're not there yet' to building a DYNASTY but you've spent the last few matches saying 'it is what it is', 'we're so poor and that is the reality' etc etc.

It makes sense but unfortunately you are  to see it. And your "advice" holds more for you than anybody.

Well after the disappointing start, then Burnley taking the lead, I held Off from spouting off about what a sh*t side we’d put up, and too many changes has cost us, etc etc etc.
Then we gained a bit of composure and actually started to move the ball around a bit quicker.
After Millie’s goal, we did start to play quite decent. Then the subs arrived and we stepped up another gear, so my rant was put on hold 😁
End of the day, Jürgen s trust in his squad players was justified, mostly, and a good result after a poor start.
Gave Keita my motm as he did keep things going in the right direction until everyone else got up to speed.
Delighted with the 3 points, and results around us went well also.
City play Chavs on sat, who will be realing after losing tonight. If we can beat Bournemouth, we could see a change at the top 😁
Come on you RED MEN !

Even best goalkeepers in the world make mistakes mate.

Yep, we’ve been down that road a few times.

      Here are my thoughts:

      1. Pretty decent 2nd half after a weak 1st half. Not a methodical win, but also nothing to moan about.
      2. Sturridge is not up to the game anymore, he's too slow with too little work rate; let him be our joker and part ways after the season.
      3. Shaq is also pretty slow which answers the question why he's not world class despite his ball skills; did have an OK game.
      4. Keita is  :-* , just a skillful player and it's just the beginning; would not be surprised if he's Ballon d'Or candidate in 1-2 years.
      5. Gomez is some blow but we have Lovren, so no disaster.
      6. I still hope for Fekir; if this dude hits it and stays injury-free he might be our last puzzle piece to a dynasty; we are close but not there yet.
      7. Moreno was OK, nobody was exceptional today, but also nobody did sh*t.
      Fixed

Fantastic result in the end. Could easily have lost that game after going a goal down, up until the Keita strike we hadn’t created anything.

Harsh goal to concede, the deflection definitely wrong footed Alisson a bit but still very nearly recovered.

Looking forward to seeing a lot more of Keita, some great touches from him tonight and good to see one of our mids get the ball and straight away look to drive forward.

6 ahead of Spurs in 3rd and 8 ahead of 4th and 5th Chavs and Arsenal. Oh and 16 ahead of Mancs and Bitters. F***ing love it! Let’s hope we can beat Bournemouth and the Chavs do us a favour but with their defence I won’t be holdin my breath.

      Well in lads.

Should be level on points with City, remember that disallowed Mane goal against Spurs?

what a great couple of Days for us with so many results going our way. When the top 4 play the same day it always seems to be that one of them drop points but not us it was Spurs at the weekend and Chelsea and Arsenal tonight so another reason to celebrate

Keita has made  himself a selection in our first 11
Feel we have to go back to a 4-3-3 now
Therefore naby, Fabinho and Gini as our midfield.
Get mo back onto the right...no more of him up front. Have Bobby as our false number 9 and mane doing what mane does.
At the back it’s clear that TAA, Gomez, VVD and Robbo is the only way forward.
Saying all of that, we are crying out for a proper center attacking midfielder. No disrespect to Shaqiri. He has done brilliantly but we need a proper #10 in January.

When you talk about second stringers does that include james Milner who once again comes in and does a great job for the team and scores a goal. We need all of these lads to put a shift in because we don't want to get to March or April with the players on their knees with fatigue.

I love van Dijk so much. If he wanted he probably could be our best DM as well, he's that good. So many good passes today and now played his part in the goal. Incredible player

he is also a visionary to play in Origi of the cross bar was just incredibly talented.
Seriously he had Richarlson in his pockets on Sunday and we should cut his wages because he never breaks sweat. People used to say Kenny wasn't quick but he was quicker than anyone in his reading of the game that's like Virgil superb reader of the game and a joy to watch

That was not a poor performance. You can't always turn up away from home and batter the home team.

That game showed we have the bottle and the grit to hang in there.

I remember games away from home going 3 up at halftime and end up hanging on for a draw. This is the correct way to manage a game with 90 mins of pressure that will eventually make most teams crack
