The massive attention man ure get from the media does grate. Watched Sunday Supplement on Sunday (funnily enough) probably for the last time because when they finally got around to talking about the game (spent 2 segments talking about racism and anti-semitism) there was hardly a mention of Liverpool all Utd. They did the same the one before the champions league final, we barely got a mention. Admittedly I think it was 2 weeks before the game but you can imagine the coverage Utd would have got. I get that they have a massive following and stories on Utd = more reads than stories on anyone else, especially negative ones but bloody hell just a bit of perspective please

Doesn’t bother me. The less said about us means less external noise to worry about. We can go about doing our thing while they squabble over United’s demise and City’s supposed destiny to win the league.

Man United are lucky they ain't one of Fergie's horses.  Would have been put out of their misery by now.

Yeah mate Perth born and bred but my dads side of the family are all scouse. I probably see 3 times as many mancs as I do scousers tbh. Only 1 I've ever met actually supports city rather than united.

Ran into n Irish lad from Perth in my local after the Napoli game, was onto nyc, ireland then heading back to Australia.Do ya know him?Ha!Ha!

Nah mate Perths a small city but not quite that small.

Fascinating Dmasta. I know we have global fans like so many clubs but didn't know the ratio was that high. Tell me, do the Aussie fans show real bitterness towards United given the fact most of them have never been to a match and can only judge them from what they read/see on social media.

I've met one Aussie at a poker table who was a Liverpool supporter, He gave great banter and ended up having a drink with him. He was in his 40s and been to two matches in England. United & Everton were the teams, obviously against you lads.

Not sure anyone post it before, I read somewhere that all of our outfield players (10+2 subs) have at least one shot by each of them in this game.  I think that's not what we can see often.  What a great determination our players are, well done lads.

A phenomenal performance once again and another indication of the evolution of this side under the tutelage of Jürgen. So much more to come with us finally starting to see glimpses of the real Fabinho and Keita.

We will only improve and that is truly frightening for all who stand in our way.

United had a similar problem after Mat Busby retired. Although Busby hanging about didn't make it easy. Fergie left and United are struggling to find a real successor.

Getting the right man is never easy. The fans of these top clubs have no patience. United fans believe in the "theater of Dreams" stuff and couldn't handle a tactical manager. Pogba must take some of the blame. Not up to it on the field or in his head, so unprofessional. Mourinho should've walked when the didn't back him.

I have very little sympathy with Mourinho but I hold the board in contempt.

little peek throws up the allegation that Pog screwed over Le Havre to get to Mancheater first time round. Then went behind Fergie's back to get a contract with Juventus.

So Mourinho must've known Pogba will put himself first and last. And he didn't he just. No doubt Pogba is a great player..that is when he condescends to actually play. Can't understand any United fan standing by Pogba. May be Mourinho wasn't a good fit for United but Pogba's a git..

Allegedly Mourhino didn't want Pogba but was taken out of his hands. Personally I love him as a player but his attitude does stink at times. Really am dreading the Cardiff match. I just know he's going to play out of his skin.  :f_doh:

Gunnar Solskjaer  (Sol) got the gig. Don't want to turn this into a Mancheater United thread but giving the job to Sol is a bad idea.

post match discussion should carry a Gov health warning it was the most one sided UTD game I can remember and now they have got shut of Maureen.
Hopefully the UTD players will have come through the counselling sessions after being outplayed and out fought for 90 mins.
It was a Liverpool performance that suggests we are coming bang into form at the right time

We smacked them on the pitch and tore them apart off it.

This week-long implosion has been caused by the Reds. How beautiful :D

Got the league rattled, ladettes and lads.
