      NB: Team no longer available

I would rest Keita, Fabinho and Firmino.

No need for massive changes as games are actually spread out better over Xmas.  Clint's team looks good for me

I agree, we need to rotate few player just three would be enough. To be honest, Klopp has rotated our midfield a lot. Wijnaldum is the only one who survived many games being in the team and that says a lot for him with the quality we bought in.

If anyone needs a rest its Gini, he has been playing non stop.

Could be a banana skin this one, they are essentially a counter attacking side so just need to make sure we avoid the sucker punch.

Got hold of a couple of tickets so hoping for a happy Friday.....

Unchanged for Wolves and can mix it up against Newcastle, I’d say.

Would be reluctant to change it much against these as it will be a very, very tough game. They've only lost once to the rest of the 'big six' so we'll have to be on it to win this one.

      Would go with:

                 Alisson
      Clyne Lovren VVD Robbo
      Milner Fabinho Gini
      Salah Firmino Mane

Fab is imho now ahead of Hendo on the sheet.
Heard TAA won't be back till after this one.
Keita didn't do enough over the course of the game against Utd.
Shaq again super sub if needed.
Need to not treat Wolves lightly.

Huge game with a chance to open up a 4 point gap. Think we need to rotate sensibily over this period.

Gini needs a rest. VVD and Robbo could probably do with one but we cant risk not playing them.

                                   Alisson

      Clyne       Lovern         VVD     Robbo

                      Keita      Fab     Milner

I think Wijnaldum is the man that makes us tick - dropping him would be a mistake in my opinion

Not dropping resting. We must be smart with our players in the coming weeks.

Coming off the back of some tough matches we might just lose a bit of urgency - except that I don't think so and this team is going to give somebody a serious battering and Wolves might just kop it.

      0-5
      0-6

Have seen us do this away from home and having come thru the pressure games we might just run riot - lookout Wolves.

Another benchmark test. Wolves are for real. Rotate some players.

      Alisson
      Clyne-Lovren-VVD-Moreno
      Shaq-Henderson-Keita
      Salah-Sturridge-Mané

3 games in 13 days isn't bad. We should be using first 11 the rest on December.

Yea, I'd play him in this one, then maybe bring Hendo back for the home game to Newcastle, possibly start Shaq and Keita in that home one too.

Another potential banana skin. Same back four for me, Gini, Fab and Millie in the middle. Mo, Mane and Bob up top.
Hendo, Shaq and Keita waiting in the wings to complete the demolition.
We have to go strong against these, they’re a decent footy playing side who won’t be fazed at taking us on.
Decent manager doing a decent job. Give them space and they can hurt you. We gotta keep control for 90 mins. Press, press, and press.
      Not to be underestimated 😳

Agree and someone above mentioned going same again and then rotate against Newcastle which I think we might see.

Wolves not to be taken lightly think Hendo and Milner come in and then Fabinho back for more deep lying team Newcastle it's all about picking the midfield to suit each game and opposition as well as keeping it fresh

Fabinho completely bossed that mancs game from the first minute. I'd definitely keep him in for this one to keep his momentum and confidence going.

I think he is one of the main reasons we were practically camped in the mancs half and he'll do the same again against this lot.

Will be one of our toughest games so far IMO, they’ve really upped their game against the bigger teams. They held City and United, narrowly lost to Spurs despite dominating a lot of the game and beat the Chavs so they will be no push overs, it’s against the weaker teams they seem to be struggling.

Tough game but a rare decent gap in between games for this one.

I expect our strongest team possible and a big effort to keep us at the top.
